We finished our multicity reservation

We finished our multicity reservation, okay got a little bit cheaper instead of ordering first and business class directly from the airline.
Meanwhile even before we received the flight confirmation emails we received emails with vouchers for upcoming hotel reservations.
This alone is a Ponzi scheme because you can't even enter a Voucher ID at AranGrant Hotels reservations website.
Meanwhile we have our fingers crossed that the flight reservation should be unique and should work out very well if not all my employees will leave a one star review right here with a blast you guys have never seen before

Mel provided excellent service. …

Mel worked hard to find me a LHR to Mel flight. A competitor had found a better timed flight which he was also able to source, when this meant a return from Sydney he was able to source a virgin flight from Mel to Sydney (which a competitor was unable to do) I was very happy with service provided by Mel and would use arrangrant again.

AranGrant $50. hotel voucher


I booked two flights with AranGrant. One for $3,000.and the other for $5,000. US$. I was very happy with the price and the service.
An e-mail confirmation for each flight promptly arrived along with a $50. voucher toward a hotel stay.
The voucher says it can only be used over the phone with AranGrant.
I made 4 calls to AranGrant, each person was polite, but said the hotel reservation must be made on their web site.
There is no place on the web site to enter the voucher number, so I paid full price for the hotel.

Three days later, I spoke with Audrey at ArantGrant and asked for help to use a hotel voucher. An hour and a half hour later she sent an e-mail with a link to book the hotel, but, once again, no spot to enter the $50 voucher.

Today, I received a call from AranGrant's Customer Experience Team. We set up an appointment for a 12 o'clock call, to help with their $50. voucher. It's now 5pm. ... No call.

Michael from Arangrant called 1/31/2026. Said he could help. After 15 minutes on the phone, said he could not help with their 3 vouchers, and he would have someone else call me to help.

Company does not take responsibility for their errors

The agent mispelled our names when booking the tickets, although we had provided the correct information in writing. As a result of the error, the tickets had to be cancelled and if rebooked would have cost us an extra $3600.00. People make mistakes but the company took no responsibility for their error. That's why I'll never deal with AranGrant again.

First Time Experience

This is our first time working with AranGrant, specifically Patricia, our agent. Typically, we book directly with the airlines and i have been skeptical of using 3rd parties, but our traveling companions discovered AranGrant and asked me to take a look. I read the many reviews as well as the reviews of other similar companies and was impressed enough that I agreed to proceed. Patricia, our agent has been very helpful and available helping us to book our flights to Italy in Business class at what I believe is a very fair price and her follow up to be sure everything is set up properly was appreciated. Additionally, everything was quickly verified with the airline making the transaction seamless. Although the final test will be in the actual flight experience and the ease of handling any situations that may arise, but we are feeling very good thus far with our experience of working with Patricia and AranGrant.

Worst site for flights ..what a scam

This is the worst website they are fraud and scam..they advertise one price for flights and then dont book tickets..I have tried 2 different flights from 2 different cities and both times they sent me message that price increased by 2 times..they kept calling me trying to sell different flights for different days..how dare are you..this is such a scam..please be aware of this website and dont get excited of their advertised prices cause u will never get them..but then after 2 days they will advertise same low price for the same flight but if you try to book its the same scenario..what a scam

I wish i have read these reviews earlier.
From my own experience. I booked three tickets with them for biz class. I had to add infant for one segment of the flight, I was instructed by the representative to flight out first then add infant later. But its comes out to be not the case and they can only purchase a separate seat for my infant (which is not the case from the airline)
Every representatives will tell you different things for same question(request).
No go if you will need to add infant, or change your plan.
No response after two questions. Once they gone for the shift, god bless you.
There is no such 24/7 service. After your coordinator shift is over, you wait for next day, with different answer different rate.
If you already booked, wish you have no need for their assistance

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware - saving a couple bucks is probably not worth it. I selected AranGrant from google flights as their fare was a bit lower than the airline direct - paid thousands for a first class ticket on a high demand holiday - only to not have the basic fare rules associated with this level of service. want a seat assigned - $300+ per ticket, want to change (6+ months in advance), $350 per ticket, BEFORE any change in fare.
