AVOID - Please do a Google Image search for the business address beforehand

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bought two items totalling £3,022 on 22/03/2026 and have never received them. I was later told one item was out of stock, but this was only explained after the delay.

Although I was assured delivery would take place this week, communication has been poor — phone calls go unanswered and email responses are slow or inconsistent.

I have also noticed other reviewers reporting similar issues.

Further Updates:

the delivery partner is now advising delivery is expected on 30/04. I expect the company honours the latest delivery commitment and complete delivery this week.

After repeated delays, missed delivery commitments, and difficulty contacting the company, I was ultimately informed that one of the key items in my order was out of stock and that the order could not be fulfilled. Despite being told that a full refund would be processed immediately, I received no confirmation or evidence that this had actually been done.

Given the lack of response, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover the £3,022 paid. This is not something customers should have to do for a cancelled order.

As a result of the failed order, I have also had to purchase the same appliances elsewhere at a higher price, which has caused additional inconvenience and cost.

I ordered a Bosch oven and hob in January with an arranged delivery on 6th February. I had a message from the delivery company the day before asking me to book a delivery!
When I rang they told me that Araco had cancelled the delivery. I was not informed about this. I asked if I should arrange another date but was informed that Araco would probably cancel again.
I rang the number on the Araco website and the person answering informed me she was nothing to do with them.
I emailed and received a reply offering to refund straight away. 2 weeks later there was still no refund. I emailed again and was assured that the refund was authorised on 6th February and they gave me a long reference number. Luckily I paid by credit card. The credit card company confirmed that no refund had been issued. They have still not managed to claim back the money.
Avoid this awful company.

Nice oven at a great price, some delivery issues

I bought an oven at a good price. Delivery took longer than I expected - 14 days - but I don’t think that’s due to Araco, but because of the lead time from their suppliers.

One annoying thing was that about a week after ordering I started getting text messages from Araco’s delivery partner, PJH, asking me to choose a delivery date. But the delivery dates were just ignored, and next day I’d get another message (not acknowledging that I’d already chosen a date that had been ignored) asking me again to choose a date. I called PJH who told me that according to their records they would have the item available for delivery about 5 days later - so it’s not clear why they kept asking me to choose a date without telling me that first.

In any case, I don’t think Araco can be blamed for what their delivery partners did.

In any case, I contacted Araco by email to see what they thought about dates (phoning didn’t work, a recorded message just told me to send an email). A fast response from an anonymous person said they would try to find out more from their oven supplier.

I never heard back about whether Araco found out more, but in any case I decided to trust that delivery agent PJH knew what they were talking about when they told me the date they were expecting. At the appropriate time they sent me one further request for me to choose my preferred date, which I did, and the (very nice) oven arrived on my chosen date.

So - all went well in the end, as far as I’m concerned - and as far as I can tell the delivery delay was not due to Araco.

Regarding the actual delivery, PJH arrived bang on the time they predicted on the day, the delivery man was very friendly, and all went well.

Reading some of the negative reviews on Trustpilot I suspect that supplier issues might be to blame for disappointment, but I’m giving five stars to Araco because in the end I got a great deal, and I would buy from them again.

We placed an order in August it was delivered however it came in the wrong size and then did not work.
We have called and emailed however had NO RESPONSE since then. Do not buy from here, still waiting for some form of resolution!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 3 Neff appliances on the 17 January 2026. After not hearing anything about delivery I contacted Araco and delivery was arranged for the 13 February
- the day before I received a text from PJH asking me to book a delivery date - booked it for the 20 February - did receive an email from Araco to say there was a distribution problem - 19 February received a text again from PJH to book my delivery - booked for 24 February and on the 23 February received a text to rebook delivery. I emailed Araco requesting a refund and I have received an email to say they have cancelled my order and my refund will appear in my bank in 3-5 working days - not holding my breath and I have started a claim through Barclaycard - not a good experience at all - don’t be fooled by the ‘cheaper’ prices - never been so stressed in my life - £2103.30 is not a small amount and I still have to buy the three appliances 😢

Failure to deliver goods, repeated misrepresentation, and total lack of communication.

This review is a factual account of my experience with Araco Interiors.

An order was placed on 22 November and paid for in full (£3,000). On 1 December, I received written confirmation that delivery would be made “by Monday”, which I reasonably understood to be 8 December. No delivery took place.

From early December onwards, I made repeated attempts to contact the company by telephone. On each occasion I was placed on hold for extended periods, informed that no member of staff was available, and assured that a call back would be arranged. No call backs were ever received.

On 22 December, I followed up in writing. I explained that we have a young baby and were living without an oven or hob. I was advised that delays were due to a Black Friday backlog, despite my order having been placed prior to Black Friday.

On 6 January, I was informed that delivery would take place “as soon as possible”. When I requested a specific delivery date, I received no response. On 8 January, I was then advised that delays were due to a Christmas backlog and was given a specific assurance that delivery would take place on Tuesday 13 January.

No delivery occurred. No delivery confirmation was issued. Since then, I have sent seven emails — including formal requests for either a full refund or supplier details to arrange collection independently — all of which have gone unanswered. Numerous further telephone calls have resulted in hours spent on hold with no access to a sales or customer service representative.

As of 14 January, the company is in possession of my funds, has failed to deliver the goods, and has ceased all meaningful communication. I have therefore been forced to initiate a payment dispute with my bank in order to attempt recovery of the funds.

This experience demonstrates a serious failure in basic consumer obligations: taking payment, failing to deliver within a reasonable time, providing inconsistent explanations, and then disengaging entirely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Dishonest company, taking orders they have no intention of fulfilling

I ordered a Dome Deco shelving unit from Araco before checking their reviews since the site looks professional. When the promised delivery date (at the end of November) a month later came and went, I contacted Araco and received a similar story to others about unforeseen delays in delivery. After checking these reviews and becoming suspicious, I asked for a refund. Despite Araco promising to refund me "immediately" several weeks ago, I have had to file a credit card dispute to start the refund process. My credit card issuer says Araco has not responded to their queries, but that they have to give Araco 60 days to do so. In the meantime, I contacted Dome Deco in Belgium and they informed me that, although they for some reason gave Araco permission to display Dome Deco items on the Araco site, Dome Deco has NEVER received any orders for their products from Araco. So clearly, Araco is simply charging customers for orders that they have no intention of fulfilling. Also, Araco indicates that they have a "store" at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, but that is simply a shared office space. While I am confident I will eventually be refunded, I suggest others save time and considerable aggravation by ordering elsewhere

Read the reviews - should have listened

I checked the reviews first and thought I’d give them an go as the item was cheaper than elsewhere. Ordered a dishwasher which stated a lead time that was a couple of weeks. Updates via email only stating still waiting on stock from supplier. Impossible to speak to them on the phone, they will NEVER call you back, you only get to speak to a receptionist (who can sometimes know all your correspondence but other times know nothing - weird). Anyway , order cancelled out of no where, no comms, I had to message them to ask for my refund.
Purchased the item cheaper elsewhere, thanks for wasting my time.

The worst company I have ever done…

The worst company I have ever done business with.
A.Ordered and paid for my hob on the 22 September .
B.A month later after promises of the hob being despatched still nothing.
C.Asked for a refund of my £560.
D.Email back to me saying I would get full refund within 3/5 days.
E.Nothing appeared in my account.
F.Emailed my bank with details of this transaction and my concerns.
G.Full re fund from my bank within 24 hours.
H.Still no refund from Araco interiors.

Never do business with this company.

The worst company to deal with, no delivery on promised date, no updates, no one to take calls, no call backs when promised.

Avoid avoid avoid. Resorted to submitting a fraud claim with my bank.

No product and had to be refunded through a bank claim

Ordered a new fridge (circa £900) and had to chase for 4 weeks until was finally told there were issues with the manufacturers supply chain. At this point we agreed to cancel the order with full refund which 2 weeks later we are still waiting for.

Cannot speak to anyone as all calls go through a general call handler. Really poor

My experience is very much in line with others and wished i had read those before ordering with Araco.

Update 28th October - still no refund despite Araco claiming that they have processed it on 13th Oct (as per reply below).

Update 30th October - still no refund

Update 3rd Nov - Money recovered via bank. Did have an email from Araco asking to provide my bank details to them so they can transfer the money back to me.

Update 17th Nov - Have been asked multiple times by Araco to provide my bank details in exchange for a 10% refund (due to inconvenience) and to update my rating once processed - sadly from my experience i do not trust this

Please avoid - it is not worth the hassle of saving £20 against a mainstream supplier

Combination Oven

The oven was ordered about 3 weeks before delivery. A bit of a wait. On the pluss side, all emails were answered swiftly and comprehensive answers given. The price for the oven was the best I could find. Worth the wait.

I’m getting concerned about my order as…

I’m getting concerned about my order as I’ve ordered a downdraft hob and have contacted Araco Interiors to get a eta for the item but they said they will come back to me and I’ve yet to have a response! If this is a genuine company I would expect them to see my review of my experience and come back to me with a full explanation of why this has been so poor. At this stage I would not recommend using Araco Interiors for any of my friends or family.
