Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product, finding it to be of poor quality and not delivering on its advertised promises. Customers frequently mentioned that the item did not increase water pressure as expected and was no more effective than a standard hose nozzle. They also felt the price was too high for what they received, especially when similar items could be purchased for much less elsewhere. Reviewers also expressed frustration with the marketing, stating that the promotional videos were misleading and that the product did not perform as shown. They felt they had been misled and that the item offered poor value for money. However, some customers did find the product acceptable for watering plants or washing cars, noting that it provided a long, thin jet or a smooth shower and was better than usual plastic nozzles.

I have just received my aquoxis gun. Sadly it is nothing more than a spray gun the same as one I bought from B & Q for £10. I also note that the same item can be purchased on Amazon for £18 - £22 yet... See more

Mugged!

Mugged!! I fell for it! It is just a very overpriced hose attachment. I feel even more mugged as I bought their hose connectors which are also very poor and come unclipped easily
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Its a shame

Its a shame, but understandable, that most purchasers don't understand the laws of Physics. Basically it's impossible to increase the pressure, you can increase the velocity but this isn't the same as a Pressure washer which uses energy to actually increase the pressure. I don't understand how these adverts are allowed as its basically a con.

Scammed

I wish I had read reviews before purchase, I would rate my experience, akin to have been spammed! No Costomer service to answer or return calls or emails. No way to rectify erroneously being charge $80 instead of $67. $80 price includes a 1 year warranty and shipping insurance that in did not order? Dishonest conniving! And now to reed that the item not not work as advertised, I have been scammed!! Still hopeful that I am overreacting, save me the hassle of challenging charge with credit card company, Monday.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish. Cheap plastic. The promotional video is utter lies. There is no more power than a garden hose. £62 wasted. Trading standards should be looking at this. What a rip off.

A terrible product

A terrible product. The power settings offer no more than can be achieved with a wide range of hose attachments at a much lower cost. The actual performance compared with that shown on the promotional video is vastly inferior to expectations. Product material is underwhelming.

Aquosis water pressure gun con

I hate to admit I’ve been the victim of a flashy website for a substandard product. Misrepresentation which needs the attention of Trading Standards. Also, there is no mechanism to complain/make returns and invoke the distance selling law requirements. Do not waste your money. Avoid this product and outfit at all costs.

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam, the pressure generated is the same as a water nozzle at a fraction of the price, the marketing is fraudulent as it portrays untrue performance and product advantages. Customer service offered me a 20% discount if I didn`t return it but I replied that I would accept 50% off just to be finished with this sordid issue, and I haven`t heard from them afterwards :-D Stay clear.

One star is too good!

One star is too good!! Can only say this is the worst product SCAM i have encountered. Promotional video ad. bears no resemblance to the item in question. Nothing but a cheap, way overpriced hand spray. (I could buy 40m hose, cart and spray gun for the same price!!!) Water power no better than from your garden hose. It will never clean your patio as shown in video. Shame on company for SCAMMING the public with false info and hope. Shame on whoever permits this completely false advertising to be put up on screen. Is there no law against this practice? Guess not!! So BEWARE DO NOT BUY.

False advertising

Advertising for this product is completely misleading. It performs no better than a regular hose nozzle that can be purchased from any garden centre. Absolutely no evidence of 'accelerating' the water flow and no way is it equivalent to a pressure washer.

Not fit for purpose

This pressure gun is not as advertised on web site. My garden hose attachment produces the same pressure. I feel that I’ve been conned by misleading advertising. A waste of money.

Scam on YouTube

I asked YouTube to block the ads for this hose attachment but apparently lies are completely ok with them and they refused to removed this scam company from YouTube. It's physically impossible for any hose attachment to perform as well as a pressure washer, all it can do is narrow the stream of water as the pressure is entirely down to the supply to your home. A pressure washer is designed to mechanically ADD pressure which is why it works and a simple hose attachment doesn't. The whole ad is lies from start to finish and the video is designed to deceive as they are actually hiding that they are using a pressure washer to get the results. Unfortunately people are being scammed because social media is only concerned about the money they receive and are unwilling to act even when the scam is this obvious.

Rubbish…

Fortunately I purchase through Amazon who refunded straight away. The unit itself is no better than a standard spray gun, to make matters worse mine had a hairline crack in the body. Can only think the advertised unit is enhanced by AI. Avoid

This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam. Nowhere to contact for a refund, all of my emails bounced back. How can this be allowed? They must be making a fortune out of it.
Surely trading standards should step in.
