Terrible terrible customer service

Terrible terrible customer service. I bought an item in March and knew it was a pre order system so shipping may be late, yes I understand that. But the item estimated shipping date is now pushed back to mid May, which is at this point not worth the hassle anymore. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and asked for a refund, but the person managing the socials for this brand was incredibly rude, shamed me for not knowing about an "actual humanitarian crisis going on in China" that results in major covid related shipping delays. Oh please. I have actual family there who are struggling with this, so shame on you for being rude, disrespectful. Will never be purchasing from this shop ever again, the customer service is absolutely terrible. This is not the way you do business.
