Very good customer service, very nice selection of fish

The ordering process was simple, prices seem very reasonable and communication about delivery excellent. All fish arrived in good condition except one which was dead. They have now been in the tank almost a week without any further deaths and all look healthy so would happily recommend this site.

Very happy with my new minnows and shrimp. Have settled into the tank very well. All arrived healthy and very well packaged, very professional and secure. Arrived as expected.

First time using and the prices and quality of the Convicts and Bichir were amazing....if anything I was APPALLED by Royal Mail that despite saying FRAGILE & LIVE ANIMALS on the package the outer box came very damaged but thank God Aquatropics had firm and sturdy polystyrene box inside.....am definitely ordering more fish from them 🙂👌

I received all fish healthy and at the arranged date. All fish are beautiful and thriving. The contact with the shop regarding any questions was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

2nd time around ordering. Ordering online wouldn't be my preference but extortionate prices are an issue in traditional suppliers. Fish, shrimp and snails were again received in great condition, also appreciate they are very young so will get maximum longevity. The communication regarding delivery and there being set despatch days works very well IMVHO.

ordered from aquatropics for the first time and was unsure as to what i’d get from an online store but delivery was as promised and fish were exactly as advertised,will deffinatley will order again

Absolutely thrilled with my Red Claw Blue Lobsters order from Aquatropics! The livestock quality is amazing, and the careful shipping really shows.
​Even better, their customer service is fantastic. When one lobster arrived with a missing antenna, they were super supportive and immediately offered a refund for it. It's rare to find a business that cares this much about its customers and products. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them! If you're on the fence about ordering live stock online, look no further!

The fish were all healthy and colourful, suggesting good care had been taken. I have never before had a delivery with no casualties. The packaging was professional. For the first time ever, I will be making another order with the same supplier ( when I can afford it! ). Thank you.

They sent a totally different fish to the one ordered. When we raised the matter and sent them pictures of the fish the response was that the fish would change colour within a day of settling into the tank. When pressing them about the fish, saying that it wasn't even the same 'style' fish, they finally admitted that the fish we were sent was not the same as the one ordered and they offered to either trying to source a similar one or refund. Sourcing a similar fish would mean that the one they have online is not actually in stock. So you don't actually know what you might get when you order one from their website. 2 stars as the snails were fine, but now we are stuck with a fish that we don't want and a very disappointed daughter.

I’ve had brilliant experience with this company. Just received my 3rd order and I’m over the moon with my fish. All happy and healthy and delivered by APC by 9am this morning! A fish on my list didn’t pass quality control ant the shop and was refunded with an apology AND a free gift straight away, You wouldn’t get that anywhere else. I’d much rather a refund than an unhealthy fish for sure! Will continue to use, contact via WhatsApp is answered almost immediately and they are full of info! Great, Thanks very much
