Have visited the AQUATIC WAREHOUSEon a number of occasions, always very helpful and knowledgeable. Spent a small fortune on plants and they've made the pond and garden look superb

Very disappointed in this store. First sold me defective fish, then I followed their policy and within 24 hours mailed them the specimen and water tests. Never heard back. Weeks later, I mailed them request for refund again. They simply are stealing my money. Going to have to file a bank chargeback. If they want to refund me, and resolve this, for an updated they review, they know my complaint and they have a copy of my receipt

Great prices and the product arrived before its scheduled delivery. I will shop here again.

Ultra Balance Premium Growth Formula Medium Pellet 20 oz is the one i bought. The food smells good however it is too expensive. I bought 6 sachets to be eligible for a free delivery. My only concern is the cost.

Pump was new defective, they shipped out a replacement right away

Bought 1/10 hp max chiller. First hot week hooked chiller up and followed all instructions.Turned on chiller and actually warmed up water. Tried getting support through email because fish were getting very warm and no response after several tries.Was desperate so took chiller apart to see what problem was.One of tubes were cracked and leaked out refrigerate. Lot of money wasted and a very bad experience.

Never had a problem shopping online from them.

I gave Aquatic Warehouse 5 stars because they actually read my notes in my order. I asked to please not send me this filter if it is not the most up to date filter. I purchased the FX6 canister filter from Petco off of Ebay and they didn't send me the one that was pictured on the website. When I received it, it was the wrong one. They refused to exchange it. So I just returned it. Thanks to Aquatic Warehouse I received the most up to date FX6 filter and paid $22 less for it. Aquatic Warehouse was quick to respond to me via email and a phone call from Pat assuring me that the FX6 canister filter will be the most up to date filter available. I received my filter within a week of my order. I was able to set up my 300 gallon turtles tank July 1, 2018 with my FX6 Canister Filter. So far I love they way it is working.

Ordered 2 ea 100 micron 7” filter socks to help clean up my tank. After ordering, I decided to add 2 additional socks. I called and spoke to Pat who adjusted my order with no issues.
