This product has been a game changer for keeping our Hot tub clean and the water soft.

Excellent product and staff
The staff at the Hot Tub Superstore are always really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I was debating purchasing the system but I decided to subscribe and there and then received my first box. Within 2 treatments the water in our tub, although it was recently changed, is even more crystal clear. After the 2nd week the filter was full of a gel substance which was 3 years of grime and built up detritus in the pipes.
We’ve always loved our hot tub but now the water feels even softer, there is no foamy water and the levels are really steady.
Excellent product, great advice and a warm welcome every time I call in or phone.

I have used Aquasure in my hot tub for…
I have used Aquasure in my hot tub for 2-3 months and have noticed a difference in water clarity. No build up of oil/scum as sometimes used to happen with a lot of use. The spa does feel cleaner. The pH and alkalinity dropped initially and chlorine levels also plummeted. However, after adjusting pH and alkalinity I was able to restore normal chlorine levels and all have remained good since.
With the first delivery one container had leaked but a quick message to Ross and he replaced the depleted product.
I look forward to continued crystal water.

I’ve only given my hot tub two doses of aquasure so far and I can feel an improvement in the water quality, and it is staying clear so far. The water quality in my area is terrible so my expectations are not that great and to date I am pleasantly surprised.
However, I am finding that I am putting more bromine/chlorine into the tub, but I can put up with that. Seems to be a good product and hopefully will pay dividends within a few weeks.

I was sceptical at first how Aquasure could make that much difference but I was truly surprised, the water felt softer and silkier, It almost felt as if it had less resistance against you and after you get out of the hot tub your skin didn't feel as dry afterwards, I would highly recommend this product.
