Plants always arrive big, healthy, and robust, ready to be planted. I have never been disappointed with the quality of planted ordered here.

I've ordered plants a few times now and they always come in beautiful and healthy.

AquariumPlants.com is great—good product and fast shipping. USPS sucks. A 2-day shipment took six days. The Anubias nanas petit were fine. The dwarf sagittaria suffered.

I ordered a few plants and they all arrived healthy, except for the salvinia minima which was all brown and only a few looked like they could survive. Other than that Aquariumplants.com is excellent

First their plants are ful,l healthy and lain so its v easy to pick up with out damaging them.

They are beautiful plants and within an hour after plantng they stand up straight and lovely. The root systems are complete and easily plant. The fish love them.

I was refunded on some plants, that got in the cross hairs of cancellation, it did work in my favor ... thank you!

Beyond rude and disrespectful to customers. This is an ongoing issue with AquariumPlants.com
Look at their customer complaints on the Better Business Bureau. They keep getting the same response from customers who they made mistakes with orders and they respond with nasty messages and hate towards customers. They’re not professional and don’t care about customers. I never received any tracking information on my live plants shipment. I have to know when the plants are delivered so I can get them out of the cold so they don’t freeze. Not asking much to expect them to provide shipping info. I paid for shipping that comes with tracking. But they don’t want to understand that they’re in the wrong and attack me. I have a valid complaint against them with the BBB go see the response they sent me on the BBB site to understand how unprofessional they are

Purchased my plant and it came in a timely manner! didn’t need any customer service but the amazon sword mother pot i purchased was very large and very healthy.

plants all came in great condition. so far i dont see any hitchhiker snails or anything. this is my second time ordering from here and im happy with it. plants are always decent size and a few stems for stem plants.
