Online order was great - Need further support
Online order was great. However if someone can me as we have purchased a 2 year old home with your existing system installed to make sure I have ordered the correct filters and explain the issue if the filters are left in longer than they should be and we have been drinking the water. A little more information would be handy. Eg. Is the filter reverse flushable. I could not find any information on this. I have blown air throught it in reverse so I suppose it can be reverse flushed.
