One thing I think you can improve is your delivery time. Pretty sure my filter took 2 weeks or more to get to me. Other online purchases take just a few days.

I saw your product at the caravan camping and 4 WD show at Rosehill last year and decided it was what I needed, just took some time to get to this stage of my fittout. I'll say hello when checking out the show this year.

Excellent customer service received at the Albury Caravan 4x4 show. Excellent show deal which was a lot better compared to the local shop. Purchased an Inline Water Filter for the caravan and a whole house filtration system which has provided my family with crystal clear water.

The salesmen were very helpful and polite, gave us an amazing show deal. A lot better than our local dealer. Been using filters in our water system in our house for over 24yrs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rob and Mavis (what a beautiful couple) at a Trade show in W.A and I brought a bench top water filtration system off them. I must say, best decision I have made. As soon as I connected it and started using it, my water tasted so much cleaner and no chlorine taste.
There customer service was 10/10 and I would highly rate using this company.
The price I paid was half of what other companies charge and the quality is far more premiuim. 10/10 in all areas.
