#711002359275. worst customer service ever. I have a whole screenshot on how they respond to my complaint. It's been more than 20 days since I ordered and I have received this order 711002359275. I was complaining to em they just responded with saying please refuse it. how am I supposed to refuse for something I have been contacted with? why should I be the one suffering with my lost and theres no support from their side also.
