I ordered a Mockmill 100 Stone Grain Mill on December 15, 2025. I never received the item and now have to dispute the purchase through my bank because the company refuses to return my money. Their logistics company, 17track, reported that my package was delivered, but it never was. They are now leaving it up to the logistics company that they used, to decide about this package. It is now February 2, 2026 and the company still refuses to return my money. This is supposed to be a legitimate company, concerned about their customer's satisfaction. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my dealings with this company.

It is not legit. I made a purchase on their website after reading reviews that they appear to be legit (here on trustpilot and on scam advisor). I waited a few days after purchase to get an update on my order's status. I emailed them asking when my order will ship, and requested tracking info. A week later I emailed them again. And again. I never received a reply. I sent another email instructing them to cancel the order and refund my money to my original form of payment. They never did. But I did find 3 new fraudulent charges made at Walmart.

I had the diverter valve on my countertop water filter go bad. Since the store from which I bought it, did not have it, I went online for a replacement part. The CSR was very helpful and I received the part within 3 days. Thank you

Helpful company

I needed a set of replacement filters and an RO membrane for my household unit. Aquabelle responded promptly to my inquiry about which ones to order, and they also filled the order promptly and shipped it free of charge. That's very good service in my book.

Having only done one filter replacement before, and never a membrane replacement, I would have liked some more detailed instructions. The filters came with instructions, but the membrane did not. Also, I was not sure about what to look for in turning the system back on and what specific steps to follow. Fortunately they were again responsive to my email, and referred me to a video online that walked me through the membrane replacement steps. All worked out well turning the system back on. Including the membrane instructions and restart instructions with my order would be a good improvement for the do-it-yourselfer.
