My swim with Aqua Adventure to Port Llechog – Bull Bay Sea Swim, was everything I love in a long swim - an exciting route, awesome landscapes, fresh, clear water, and really good fun! Nikki and her team made sure we were all very safe, keeping a constant eye on all the swimmers. The picnic at our first stopping point at the historic former brickworks was a welcome treat and we had time to wander and clamber round the site. Our return swim journey was wonderful, we took it a little easier and enjoyed the advantage of a tidal push. Thanks for sorting the weather for us Nikki -a really great day.

I have completed a couple of Swims around Anglesea with these guys. They are a great well organised crew and friendly too. I guess one of the best swims for me was Ligui beach, we swam with the safety cover to the secret beach. After refreshments we headed back. Because I like to stay close to shore and I'm not the fastest swimer, Nikki stayed with me all the way back, the safety boat was back and forth to check on us but I felt comfortable and safe and free to enjoy the wildlife with a pod of harbour porpoise dropping but and I will never forget how the tiny silver fish changed direction with every kick of my flippers.

A wonderful experience that I would not dream of doing if I were just going for a dip on one of my many trips to the island 😀 😊

I completed swims around Bull Bay, Rhoscolyn and Llanddwyn Island, Anglesey with NIkki and the team at Aqua Adventure Swims.

The swims were great fun and the level of safety cover provided by Nikki and her team, ensured that all swimmers had a safe, enjoyable day. The AA team were all very friendly and helpful.

The swims enabled us to see the beautiful coastline and wildlife from a completely different perspective. Swim highlights were swimming with curious seals and on one occasion a small pod of porpoises.

On completing the swims Nikki's team were on hand with a selection of hot drinks and cakes!

In summary, fantastic swims, expert safety cover and cake. Perfect.

I will definitely be booking on the 2025 swims.

Llanddwyn Swim Summer 24.
I took part in the swim around Llanddwyn Island in the summer of 2024.It is a beautiful part of the world.The support provided by Nikki and her team was great.The group was of mixed ability swimmers and the sea at times was choppy.There were 2 support boats in the water and I felt safe at all times.We also had the additional bonus of being briefly joined by a seal! There were hot drinks and cakes waiting for us when we were back on dry land. A great morning!
