people in place work and lunch times changed and altered people in place half hour to appointment phone call all's changed best they can do is late afternoon no time given impossible criteria a wasted day at my expense best advice look elsewhere
to give context to the the context there was no time given to give the hour buffer zone you must have a start not late afternoon plus a hour

To give context to this 1-star review, we don't like to let people wait all day for us to arrive so we give a 1-hour window of arrival. On this day, unfortunately, we got held up on the first job and ended up anticipating a later arrival time. Our technician called to say it would be later and the customer ended up cancelling the appointment. We did apologise for this and we do acknowledge the inconvenience we caused, especially in this case when there were arrangements to be made for having someone there to let us in. I would just like to note that this review is not for work we carried out as the job ended up being cancelled and we did not end up doing the job. This is for changing the time of the appointment to later the same day, which as I mentioned above, we do acknowledge is an inconvenience and not our normal business practice.
