Poor quality item, poor customer service
The item arrived and it was very poor quality. It looked like it had been made by a child.
I requested a refund and they were quick to respond and confirm they would refund the product but not the delivery or return costs. After sending photos they agreed to refund the delivery fee but not the cost of the return.
I eventually gave up and returned the item at my cost, at which point they emailed me to confirm I did not need to return the item and they would send the refund.
All in all, a bad experience and would not purchase from AQ home decor again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback.
We are so sorry about your experience with us and are deeply saddened you won't be purchasing from us again. Losing customers is not our intention.
We have since removed the item in question, as well as others (following an extensive review of our inventory) from our inventory to make sure other customers do not share the same experience. We noticed great inconsistency with the quality of the items taken down and the majority did not meet our standards. We should have done this review before shipping items out, and for that please accept our sincerest apologies.
We are only a fledgling business with much to learn and this experience has taught us a great deal. Changes have been implemented and we hope this experience isn't shared with any other customers going forward.
