We are sorry you still haven't received the order. I have checked and the order was sent to you on the 24th Feb and tracking shows parcel is at the local Royal Mail depot who are meant to deliver your order but there is no update after the 27th. Most likely this is delayed or lost in transit but to resolve the issue I have arranged for a new parcel to be sent tomorrow.
We never received a message from you of any issue. When you receive the order please consider updating the review as I believe a negative review should only be left if a seller is not willing to help you.

Product is sturdy
Product is sturdy. Rawl bolts provided were not to spec and were not good quality which meant holes that were drilled were not to size. Not a great experience which led to purchasing more effective materials to mount to the wall. Overall the brace is great, the mounting equipment was not great.
