These guys were fantastic! I still cannot believe that they were able to renew my passport in 6 days. My passport expired last October, and I had simply not thought to check it because with the pandemic, I hadn't traveled in two years. Low and behold, a family emergency on my wife's side (because it wasn't my own immediate family, I didn't qualify for an emergency expedite passport by the government) meant that we needed to travel internationally, which leads me to discover my passport is expired. I was so desperate, that the day after discovering my passport had expired, I drove to the DC Regional Passport Office (we're in Alexandria) in the early morning even though I had no appointment, and sat in my car until it opened. I didn't even make it through the metal detectors without an appointment. With no other option, I researched private expediting agencies. I must admit, I was somewhat hesitant at first because I simply could not imagine how a private company could get a government issued passport expedited and processed so quickly. I called in to ask questions, and got Grim (like the reaper, he told me - love that!). While Grim didn't work on passport expediting, he still took to time to answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I signed up online, and was quickly contacted by Kennedee. She went over the entire process with me, walked me through next steps, and verified my documents after I uploaded them to the web portal. Kennedee was great; by the time I was off the phone with her, I had gone from the desperate and hopeless feelings of that morning to being completely confident that I would have my passport. By the end of that day, I had overnighted all of my materials to the office in Chicago. Karim contacted me via email to let me know that the documents had been safely received, and the following week, Karim called me to let me know that he had received my passport back and was overnighting it to me. I will never forget this, because I was in a Walgreens trying to track down at home Covid tests for our trip, and caught a few stares when I started jumping up and down for joy in the middle of an aisle. Everyone at APVI was polite, professional, and communicative. They were an absolute lifesaver. Thank you very much guys! I will never forget everything you did for me!

These guys will do all they can to make sure you are content and happy. Saudi embassy had crazy delays and even though that's not APVI's fault, they still made it right and took good care of me.

If you're in need of a passport or visa then you need APVI in your corner. Everyone I dealt with was very professional , patient ,and understanding. I have used AVPI for several visa's and they never disappoint. This time I needed a visa for Saudi Arabia (again) and even though I was familiar with the process, I talked to one of their specialist directly and he reviewed my information with my over the phone and pointed out one or two small things to correct that could have held up the process. I sent them my Passport by FedEx on Friday and got it back on Wednesday, less than a week. I have several colleagues that are traveling with me and they are all having issues. I am glad that I used AVPI and will continue to do so. Well Done!

These folks are the best ever. I was being challenged by the process at the Department of State. I was able to contact APVI and the very kind and patient folks there walked me through the paperwork. There is kind of a lot of paperwork, but they answered all my questions cheerfully. I would STRONGLY recommend this firm to anyone needing help with Passport issues.

The overall experience was not great. With Covid restrictions reducing many government services to near zero the job of navigating embassies and state departments was a big one. Patience was the only solution and even when mine ran a little short, Karim and the team at APVI kept the expectations realistic and kept me up-to-date on the constantly evolving situation. To be clear there was a moment when I was making plans to fly to LA (from Hawaii) and march down to the consulate to file my own paperwork. Thankfully that didn't happen because Karim recognized immediately that my invitation for a family visa was addressed to the embassy in Washington DC. Five stars for grace under pressure, outstanding customer service and making the best of a difficult situation.
