Awful service. Missed the delivery, but 5 people in the house and no one heard the driver knocking or ringing the bell. No customer service whatsoever.

Was a little apprehensive as I never heard of this website that was recommended to me.
BUT
I must say, I am impressed with the fast delivery, and item that I ordered is of good quality.
I have now bookmarked this website and will be a go to on a regular basis.

Quick response when I emailed out of business time and next day delivery, item I bought was a flying pig rocker for my granddaughter it's beautiful and well made and extremely well priced sadly every time my 10 month old granddaughter sits on it and mummy rocks it she cries lol I'm sure she will enjoy it once she is older

Great product, great price, was free shipping and the item was delivered quickly. Fireplace tool sets are often really low quality, but there are great. It's a bit big though, we only have a small stove, I rubi these tools are more useful for a large stove or open fire.

Purchased 2 boxes (400) of Habiliss Easy Start Eco Wood Wool fire starters recently from Apt Product Ltd. I have been testing them over the past couple of weeks with excellent results. Primarily I have using them for my various wood burning camping stoves, but they have also been employed for igniting my multi-fuel home stove. These wood wool fire starters are super easy to light and so far I am achieving an 8 to 10 minute burn time depending on the size of the starter and outside wind conditions. No such problems inside. Excellent performance from the supplier, very well pleased and I will be placing another order sometime soon just to keep on top of my game. Also they do not have the odour or dry out like commercial fire lighters. Would recommend to anyone interested. Cheers ! John.
