Toxic company
Toxic company. 7 times over the last year they had appointments scheduled and did not show and did not call to notify wasting my time and money. one of the technicians also twice did not knock loud enough to be heard on the other side of the door so he could avoid doing the inside of the house (the reason we got the service) and lied on the paperwork to say he sprayed inside.
when I called to cancel the contract the company refused to cancel my subscription even though I was willing to pay the cancellation fee. multiple reps also lied and said the subscription did not automatically renew contrary to what everyone online said was the case.
when they actually arrive to do their job, the service is adequate, but it is not worth getting chained to such an underhanded company.

Original appointment was 8/13/2026. I waited all day and they didn't show up. When I complained to customer service they stated the appointment had been rescheduled the afternoon they were supposed to show up. They were supposed to come by the next Saturday 8/15/2026. They didn't show up - again. When I reviewed my account, a technician wrote a slip that he had serviced our home from 8:55 am - 9:15 am. I was home - In the driveway speaking with a friend who had come over. Ghosted again but this time the fraud is blatant. I also have a video record of my home during that time which shows NO ONE from Aptive came to the house on 8/15/2026 at ANY time. They aren't even trying to show up.

Fiorst time was good for spiders voles got under shrubs at house, push up landscaping cloth. Second,the whole yd was not covered Applied third afer 2 inches of rain with 3 inches later. As of now, just treated 2 large spreads of fire ants. Not a really good start,

Had a sales person come to our AirBnB…
Had a sales person come to our AirBnB home that we were renting and asked to give information about the service. We had used Aptive at our home (but no longer subscribe) and were very familiar with the service and said we were not interested. He asked again and we said we really werent interested and after the the time he said "I'll bet if it were for free you would be interested"... which I found to be terribly obnoxious and offensive. Aptive should do a better job of training its salespeople. This line obviously is not how you land sales.

Many things went wrong. I was never pre-notified of his coming. He never came to the door when he arrived or when he left. But the best part, was that he sprayed a large area that is not part of my property and spent less time on my property.

The guy that came out was very nice and informative and listened to our complaints. I just hope they don't charge me this time since they did not hold up to their end of the contract by not coming out when asked to between treatments.
