I am totally pleased with the treatments I receive from Aptive Environmental. The people who actually do the treatments are always respectful and informative. Best of all, I no longer have the massive ant problem that I had when I started this service. Additionally, I no longer have spiders, beetles, flies or “stink bugs” in my house—a real win for me!

One Bad session ruined my opinion of the company
Had one bad experience during my “contract” where the tech slept in his car for 59 minutes and I was trying to knock on his window to give him updates on what I wanted treated at my house and ignored me. Then when he started doing treatment, we had ring footage of him just walking one pass and not spraying or addressing anything. Then he documented that he did such items in the chart and I took a. screenshot of it and they went back and adjusted what they did. Called and they apologized and sent someone out but it still ruined the experience with them. I thought I signed a year contract but it was for 24 months. I then had to pay to get out of my contract even though they tarnished my experience with the company. I shouldn’t have to worry that they are doing the job that I paid for. What would’ve happened if I didn’t capture their negligence? I would rate this a 1 star if I could. Be competent at your job when you pay over 150 dollars per visit.
