this last visit there was lack of communications

this last visit there was; no contact or communicatio service technician . in past recieved text before arrival and ring at front door when he got there. then there was no text that treatment had been completed with findings and pictures. unsure if even done.

Anitha did a great job for customer…

Anitha did a great job for customer service! Been with Aptive a long time and did not get a minuet of information from other reps for the same problem! the problem is you went from a quarterly service to a 14 day+ Service. I was never told that and I must have missed a flyer If I missed the flyer or change in terms please sent that document to me.

Javon Gipson

Javon Gipson, who has been at my property for several treatments is always courteous, lets us know prior to arrival (so we could secure out pet) and arrives on time. On site he provides a summary of the treatments he has planned for the visit and checks with us if any inside treatment is needed. I highly respect his professional attitude and recommend him to anyone wishing to service their home.

Aptive pest control services are…

Aptive pest control services are wonderful. They always do what they say they are going to do and take pictures when they are on site as proof if I’m not home. Also, they Keep their appointments. I definitely would recommend their service.

I like that I have had no pest problems…

I like that I have had no pest problems going on 3 years. However you have to practically follow the exterminator around to assure he indeed does spray. I’ve had issues where they billed me and Im still waiting on them to show up. This last one did a fantastic job. I followed him through the security system. The previous week, the guy showed up without letting me know,that he was on the way.He was gone within 5 minutes. I checked and only found traces, that he might have sprayed the front doorway only. Even with 5 cameras, he still left and charged my account. Before him, another exterminator supposedly came, I had forgotten about the appointment and failed to unlock the gate. He didn’t even provide a video to confirm that. The exterminators who are proud of their work provide videos. I also like, that on my recent communication with support services, It was easier and I really got to talk to a real person and have them reschedule
