Good quality products, knowledgeable technicians. One possible improvement is not placing product on top of snow when there are animals in the home.

Good service

We had our regular service recently. Brandon was great. Clear communication before he arrived, excellent descriptions along with pictures about what was treated and what to be looking for in the coming weeks.

Ki c FRUSTRATION!…

The anti-bug treatments have been great. However paying for te last one has been a nightmare. My credit card was compromised and I received a new card. I attempted to give the new card number to two different women and was unsuccessful both times. You can't just give Aptive your new number as is done with other companies but have to go through their Mickey Mouse SECRET system. After 2 attempts I suggested cancelling te account. I still haven't paid for the last treatment and don't know if I still have an account or not

The BEST Technicians-quality service!

Every technician that has come out to the house has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our account clearly details that we have dogs and they have been fantastic with them. We had 2 large wasp nests (1 we knew about and 1 was a surprise)they handled them and there's been no returns! Keeping a bait box in our backyard has kept pests away from the house-I am so thankful for the service!

Pocket Gophers taking over.

Pocket Gophers uncontrolled. Bait stations unsecured....flipped over and moved by the wind. Customer service difficult....40 mins on the phone to the 855 phone number without resolution. Not getting value for the money spent. Monthly billing for infrequent service is excessive. Aptive asks for $199 early contract termination fee when their product didn't work.....absurd!
