Pls DON'T trust Aptech, they have no experience in filing AUS PR.
>I had registered with aptech in Aug 2024 for Australia PR.
>Job code selected by them was incorrect, i myself re-selected my job code by researching in the website
> Aptech mentioned all of my 10 work experience yrs will be valid but after subscription they mentioned only 7 years are valid.
>Aptech first asked for multiple documents like payslips,bank statements, reference letters,etc for the 1st few years of my work experience and wasted my 6 months. This was not required as 1st few years of my work experience was irrelevant to the job code which they mentioned after 6months.
>Aptech took more than 4months to approve 2 job reference letters which I had only drafted.
> After wasting my 1 year, they kept threatening me that subscription has ended and they will not file application, when it was the fag end.
>Chahal/Priya my case manager kept repeatedly asking for modification in bank statements at fag end, ..such as highlighting salary amounts, splitting & compressing files,etc. when it should have been asked at one go. >Highlighting/compressing, etc should have been done by Aptech itself but they expect us to pay and do all the work by ourselves
> Priya my case manager & Amit, her manager would not pick my calls/not respond to whatsup messages when I had doubts on the documents. I had to repeatedly keep escalating to get basic responses.
> When I last escalated to Amit- their team lead,to atleast provide me the partially filled vetassess ID, he asked me to mail that my subscription just ended and then he'll help me offline. But as usual did not respond after that, no basic decency/humanity.
> Finally I could no longer trust them and filed the skill assessment myself within 1 week and honestly it's very easy.
> They have zero experience in filing AUS PR, they kept asking me 100 documents which were required for trade occupation but mine was professional occupation. They were basically learning along with me. I got to know this once i started filing it myself.

Absolutely unresponsive. Poor quality of work executed by them. Excessive documentation by customer, many of them not submitted to consulate. Poor ownership. They didn't refund me 50% of the payment as I paid for 2 members, but after the dismal experience with 1st case, didn't want to continue struggling with them.

I could have given zero review if there was an option. I am going to lodge a complaint against them as they threatened my family to give positive reviews. Mr Yogesh denied to give the visitor visas that was granted by immigration. This is completely unacceptable and I am afraid that these people can even misuse the documents. so, unprofessional and didn't provide the paperwork to embassy. My family luckily got a call of missing documents from the embassy and then we questioned Aptech. Please save your time and money by not going to Aptech.

I am currently working with Aptech Visa on my Canada PR process, and while I appreciate their responsiveness and efforts during the initial stages, my overall experience has been somewhat underwhelming so far. The case management could be more thorough, as I sometimes feel there’s a lack of proactive communication and personalized guidance.
Additionally, as my process is only about 25% complete, I feel it’s premature to provide a comprehensive review or video feedback. While I understand their request for reviews, I believe it’s fair to reserve a complete evaluation for when the process is closer to completion, as this would give a more accurate reflection of their services.

I hope to see improvements in their service delivery as we move forward and look forward to a more seamless experience in the coming phases.

I got OINP NOI through Aptech. Need to do a lot of follow up though.

Worst company ..worst services..would not suggest anyone to go with these people they are fraud .

I had a brilliant experience with Aptech visas at Janakpuri west as i applied for my uncle's Super visa with them.
