Order came promptly and took a good standard, packaged in a small green gift box.

Item purchased via etsy. Very friendly and quick to reply... the finished product is really good. Highly recommend.

All in all a nice shopping experience with helpful and kind service.

We hit a few road bumps (a duplicate order, tracking, follow-up emails somewhat delayed over Christmas and New Years.) Lillie very graciously took charge, and rectified the dilemma. I received my purchase January 12, 2026. Very, very pleased with the quality.

I would recommend this jeweller to everyone, the quality is amazing and they are really friendly too. I can't wait to shop with them again.

I am editing my 1 star review because the company did finally get back to me. When the product actually arrives, I will reconsider the rating.
I am still upset because the gift will not arrive for Christmas and the company did not reply to my first inquiry at all.

I bought a beautiful pendant last minute for a friend who I was meeting up with before Christmas. Lillie was absolutely brilliant and responded to my message really quickly and dispatched the very next morning. It arrived in time and I'm so grateful! It's so beautiful and my friend is going to love it. The gift box is really nice too. Very professional! I will be buying more in future xx

The customer service I received was impeccable, and the product was even more beautiful than I imagined! I ordered an engraved necklace for my mum with her dad’s writing on it and it’s absolutely beautiful.

I had some issues with shipping as I saw my item had been shipped by Aspley and Heron, but after over a week there had been no movement according to Royal Mail. I messaged Lillie at A&H to ask when the latest I could order a replacement with, and she said she would sort it, raise a request with Royal Mail and send me a replacement if my item was lost in time for Christmas. What an angel! Fortunately, my item was delivered the day after I messaged Lillie, I’m assuming Royal Mails tracking system was a little off. I would recommend Aspley and Heron to anyone!

My order got lost in the mail but Lillie was super kind and sent another necklace. Beautifully made. Beautifully packaged.

I ordered a solid gold necklace from the website. After a week it hadn't arrived which was strange as it's sent via first class post. Lillie was very helpful and apologetic. She said she'd contact the sorting office and send me a new one if it couldn't be tracked down. Luckily the post office found it and it arrived the next day. Really lovely and delicate necklace.

Can’t recommend enough. I ordered a piece of jewellery via Etsy and from start to finish, I was so pleased with the process. Customer service was amazing, postage and delivery was so quick too. The item was packaged beautifully and in great condition, it will be a piece of jewellery that I will treasure forever. Thank you.

I bought a personalised necklace as a gift on 10th September, received a confirmation email and a tracking number the next day. Since then I've had no contact from them. It still hasn't been received by the courier. I have tried multiple times to get hold of someone for an update and have been ignored each time. The gift is hopelessly late which is so embarrassing. I'm tempted to ask for a refund but the only way to do that is via the same email address that has so far been incapable of responding. They may as well have just stolen my money.

I saw Apsley & Heron on Etsy and decided to inquire privately about a custom pendant. Lillie was able to assist me in picking the best design for my budget and advised how to keep the necklace durable with rhodium plating.

It took over a month with some slow communication, but Lillie assured me throughout the process and explained how some staff were off and that the rhodium plating is done off-site which takes extra time.

The necklace is now safely in my possession and it’s wonderful! It’s a little bigger than I had anticipated, but it looks exactly like the design I provided. This was a gift, which was well-received.

My only criticisms, which other reviewers have mentioned, is that the box the necklace came in was very small. I can see how it would easily get lost in the post. Not only this, but I was not given my own tracking number. It would be nice for the tracking number to be provided to customers so they have peace of mind that their special, bespoke order is on the way.

Should I need more custom jewellery, I would be happy to use Apsley & Heron again.

I want to thank Lillie at Apsley & Heron for her wonderful customer service! When I noticed some black spots on my necklace shortly after receiving it, she was kind, apologetic, and very responsive.

She helped resolve the situation in a way that left me very happy, and after a little polishing, the necklace looks beautiful. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful and personal service — Lillie really made me feel valued as a customer.

A perfect transaction from start to finish. Easy to order and personalise. I contacted them with a request and was very quickly replied to.
