APS have been a joy to deal with from the first quote from Rob, the follow up from the office staff especially Cindy, and Simon who came to measure.
The guys who installed my windows and doors, Dan, who was obviously in charge and Tom were professional, polite, friendly. A credit to APS for employing such capable men. I'm delighted with the finished result, just waiting on some frosted glass for the front door.
A bit on the expensive side, but I think you get what you pay for. Very happy.

An excellent company from the initial informative quote , the visit to the showroom, the admin process to get the job started and booked on to the final installation of 5 windows by Reece and Ethan in one day. Great service and an excellent product we are thrilled with the result and hope to be able to get our remaining windows done eventually. I highly recommend them

I would second the other reviewer who mentioned that APS curate their reviews on Google, as I was also called by APS to pressure me to remove a review.

Had doors and windows installed. Both doors leaked within the year, requiring the APS team to come out multiple times to investigate for a cause.
Additionally they installed the wrong window and requested for it to be accepted, but when pushed agreed to come out and re- install the correct window.
Door trim was also not sealed properly and peeled away from the door, and had to be rectified.

Additionally, they would often not turn up when scheduled without any notice, or cancel at the last minute after I had taken days off to let them in to the house to do the work.

Each time the rectification works were done there was a trail of muddy footprints all over the floor as muddy work boots were worn indoors on floors and rugs.

The mess and unprofessionalism wouldn’t have been so much of an issue if not for the multiple times they had to come back to rectify issues.

Is marketed as being high quality but the workmanship is average.

It really has been a most frustrating experience and I would caution against using this company for double glazing. Would have been nice to know prior to starting the work.

Advanced double glazing has twice installed double glazed windows. They were a bit pricy, but did a great job (the second set of window was much better than the first as it installed by Michael who also lives locally). Will use them again when we have more windows replaced.

This company sent out a worker Frank to quote on our property, he stayed for a half hour said he was measuring windows and left.

We never recieved a quote after this (today is 1 month passed) and when posting about it on Google our review was removed after claims it was false.

We sent proof that the review was legitimate to them directly and via Google including the email that they contacted us with. Just want to ensure that consumers of this company are aware that their reviews are all positive because they remove negative reviews.

Our double glazing is incredible!
The boys from APS were amazing! They came in and quoted 2 doors and 4 windows and were so professional and friendly! I cant thank you enough for the job you've done. We weren't sure if we wanted upvc double glazing at all but since the installation we couldn't be happier. We don't have the noise issues anymore and have probably added value to our home. Best decision ever!
