The team behind it truly matches its mission. After a small shipping issue, they were so kind, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make it right. It’s rare to find a brand that cares this much. ⭐️

BEST BRA SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
Apricotton bras are my absolute favourite. I’ve placed two orders already and will be placing more in the future. My bras were beautifully packaged and the ordering process was very simple. Would highly recommend!!

Artemis is the only sports bra I wear now! I donated all of my other ones because these are just THAT good. Love so many of their styles.

I saw ads for these bras and decided to buy them for my teen daughter to give them a try. The customer service rep was great and helped me find the right size. They fit my daughter well and she loved how comfy they are. We are planning to buy a couple more for the summer!

Super comfortable bras, amazing quality as well - have held up in the wash for over a year! Really helpful customer service for figuring out sizing as well.

These are my daughter’s favourite bras. They fit her very well, and are super soft and comfy. Contacted customer service about sizing, and they were very helpful and patient with us. Cannot recommend enough to anyone looking for teenage bras!

This is THE best bra for teens I bought one for my daughter and she immediately asked me for more! I don't get these bad reviews because I was able to do a return and get a refund with no issues. It seems like those are complaining about the price of shipping their return which would be based on the carrier, not in the business' control. Also, if they paid a $3 fee at checkout to do free returns they wouldn't have to pay for shipping later so I think it's their own fault...

Either way I don't think people should be so harsh on a small biz run by only 2 young women. As a mom, I think what they've accomplished makes them great role models for my daughter :) Keep it up girls!!

This company is not honest or trustworthy. Dishonest returns policy, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs, particularly I think if you are based outside Canada where they are located. They can't seem to cope with international postage or returns. Also the sizing information on the website does not match what you receive, then you go to return or exchange and they claim the tags aren't attached and keep the item you returns AND don't refund. Shocking awful company. Don't use them.
I thought my credit card company resolved the problem and got my money back, but the company continued to lie and the money got clawed back.

I recently purchased from Apricotton for myself and really like the bras! I have a flatter chest so it's hard for me to find bras that fit but these ones fit perfectly (for reference I'm a 32A and I bought size S). Package came quick and came with a dryer bag.

Sizing inaccurate. Bra cost £35.99, return costs £44.72 and refund will be £26. So charging £80.71 and refunding £26 pocketing £54.71 with a risk that they might not accept my return (given other customers experiences). Disgusting business practise. I hope it fails before too many kids are conned by them.

Claims to have a new portal to make it easier..
Have just registered a refund this for an order of £61.99 for two bras.
I’ve now been asked to pay an additional £44.41 for postage and then I ‘may’ receive a refund of £38 when the items have been returned.
So the company will receive £106.40, and still keep £68.40?
How is this legit??

Apricotton did not include the "free" item in our package and said they would do something special "next time." Then one of the bras was defective - it had a sharp edge and they said they would not exchange it because the tags were off... But they will do something special next time. There is no next time for a company that will not correct mistakes or exchange a defective product. It's really sad too, because two of the three bras worked well but we don't feel comfortable ordering here again.
