Ordered on line. Eventually received a message stating dispatch of my order. Then received a message stating refund being issued.
Message to customer service asking what was happening, no answer to date.

Customer Service helpful
Dresses were lovely. 1 did not suit me and I was having problems with the return process not accepting my address. I contacted customer service and they simplified it all by emailing the appropriate label. I got that email within a couple of hours of sending mine. Great service

Unable to place an order an online
Unable to place an order an online - orders keep failing and saying that unable to take payment. It happened when I tried by Card and Amazon pay. My account is full of failed orders. Very frustrating since I can almost guarantee that what I want will be out of stock before I can buy. Must be losing quite a few sales if there is an issue with the Web!! The website is terrible, clunky and slow. Such a shame as I love the clothes. Trying to get through to customer service is also really hard!! They take DAYS to respond.

Usual great quality clothing
Usual great quality clothing from Apricot, I ordered 2 dresses and sent one back as it didn’t suit me, but the original delivery was quick and efficient and the return was super easy and my refund issued no problem.
I will definitely be using the online service again.

The service was first class
The service was first class and efficient. I had to return my purchase as it didn't suit me, and the method of return was easy to follow and my package was collected by my local postman. I received confirmation my return had been received by Apricot the next day. Excellent and I shall use them again!
