approveme.com started spamming me - they do not care for privacy or data protection laws

approveme.com started spamming my personal UK email address which they acquired contrary to the law. This email was personal and had nothing to do with any business and I have no legitimate interest in their products or services. I was never signed up to them but found myself on their spam list. I asked many times for them to stop spamming me and their unsubscribe button went nowhere, but they persisted. Very unprofessional and contrary to UK GDPR laws. I asked them where they got my email address but they refused to answer. Avoid approveme.com since they use spam lists obtained illegally and contrary to UK and EU GDPR laws. It shows they do not care for privacy or your personal data as a company. Please note approveme.com that when you spam a UK address, why would you write happy Thanksgiving when it is not a UK holiday?
