Lousy company. No way of getting in touch with anyone except by sending an email in the hope that someone will respond. They take immediate payment and then don't tell you anything about your order. Still waiting after 14 days. Inexcusable!

I recently ordered two items from Approved Vitamins at lunchtime on Thursday 5th August, and received my order 24 hours later. The service was exemplary, and I do not hesitate in recommending this Company.

I bought this product today after nearly 2 weeks of headaches and many prescribed medicines that just did not do anything for me, but this has actually eased my headache that much I can get out of bed and move my head around its actually amazing what it's done in just a few hours, the missus handed me it and I laughed to be honest but thought well I'll try it and it did work

Excellent Service, speedy delivery

An exceptional company.
Midway during lockdown, I ordered slippery elm, malted. Unmalted was sent to me in error, they were short staffed due to Covid, multiple packs. On speaking to them they were charming & let me keep the unmalted if I wished & sent me out gratis, malted slippery elm. They didn’t ask for the wrong slippery elm to be sent back, they just sent me the right slippery elm post haste. They were so helpful and such nice people. I will remember them next time I need to order supplements etc. I returned the unmalted after lockdown ended, they waited months without complaint & instead showed courtesy. I wish all companies were so gracious & helpful.

The Manager could have not been more helpful! Under immense pressure to fulfil orders when most of his staff are self isolating he got me out some products very quickly to my mum who is extremely vulnerable. Yes, sure you might see a small delay in your order but this company is 1 million per cent legit & you just have to have a little understanding & patience at the moment - these are not normal times!

This was my first order with this company.
They processed my order straight away, and sent several messages keeping me informed of the progress of my order.
My goods arrived only 24 hours after ordering, even though I chose standard shipping, and I live in a more remote part of the country where I normally have to allow an extra day for post to reach me.
I'm very impressed with the customer service.

Had products available that were sold out elsewhere and quick delivery. The only feedback would be that I wasn't informed of dispatch/delivery. Otherwise great service.
