All the staff members are willing and able to help with anything that you're struggling with. I'd like to specifically give thanks to Kulwinder who was a large help throughout my apprenticeship

I don't usually post bad reviews, but I felt I had to in this situation. I left my apprenticeship early with Apprentify, believe me this was the last of my intentions and I tried my absolute best to make it work, but I just didn't feel like I was making any progress.
I was with an employer who couldn't have cared less about me or my development. I was left to struggle and muddle my way through everything with no help whatsoever. Then when work wasn't completed up to standard, I was made to feel like I couldn't do anything right, even though I was there to learn and had no experience in the field whatsoever which I'd made clear from the outset. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that I got the best support from Apprentify either.
I'm not going to name any names, but when my manager requested to push my training back as apparently "it was a busy period for the company" and they basically needed me to complete more work that made no difference whatsoever, my development coach granted this and I wasn't included in the decision. This is my learning and development we're talking about, and I had no say in the matter at all. So this meant a delay in my learning, which would've resulted in me taking longer to complete my apprenticeship. I think this was the ploy all along really.
After speaking to my DC in confidence about my worries and issues regarding the apprenticeship, I gave things a chance to change for the better. But, there was no improvement. So I had to make the difficult decision to leave my apprenticeship, which I hated doing as I felt that I had failed by not completing it, but alas it had to be done. Now I know that I made the right decision, as I'm now in a much better position. So sorry to say, but my experience with Apprentify wasn't very positive.

Thanks very much Dawn! You helped me loads when the stress and pressures of my EPA came up, you guided me well through all information and gave me all the help I needed. You politely pushed me when my work wasn’t at the standard required, and provided a third party to talk to about my workplace and complaints, thanks!

Mark Benzar, thank you so much. Nothing was ever too difficult for you, and you were always willing to help me. I will be forever grateful.
My development coach was quickly transferred to Mark after a job change with my previous DC at the start of my apprenticeship, which made me anxious because it was so early on, but Mark reassured me and my boss that he'd be supportive and helpful. This was proven throughout my whole course; even when times were tough, Mark was there as a mentor and someone I knew I could go to for a chat.
Mark, I can't thank you enough.

Always willing to help and support myself on this journey, not matter what I needed.

I had Kulwinder as my coach and I can honestly say, she has helped me so much more than I would ever have expected.
As someone who already has a University degree, I originally thought an Apprenticeship would be taking a step back. However, I soon realised that actually, it was the best choice to make. I was entering my chosen sector and I had added help and guidance along the way.
If you're thinking about an apprenticeship with Apprentify, I promise you won't regret it

Simon was a great support throughout my apprenticeship, he always spared the time where he could to help me develop. With working within an L&D department I did face some barriers with the BUD activities but Simon always had great solutions if i did not have the right tools to complete them.
Thank you so much for your ongoing support!!

I am the manager of an apprentice who has recently completed their Apprentify apprenticeship.
I have been so impressed from start to finish both with the quality of the course and with the support she has been given. Kulwinder has been fantastic and provided high quality support throughout as well as excellent communication with me about how I can get the most out of the course for my employee.
I would highly recommend the scheme for other employers

The 5* in my review is for my tutor Dawn, there are areas that need considerable work, and communication between so many providers all acting as the same unit felt really confusing when trying to reach the correct person with an issue. There are definite hurdles that came with my apprenticeship, but luckily I had a tutor that was patient and didn't try to cover mistakes that where quite obviously being made. Juice Academy I haven't heard from in the past few months, despite knowing I had on going issues from the start, i was told to stay calm and everything would settle down.
A break down in communication with my employer & Juice, meant I wasn't being supported & I wasn't progressing as i should. With factors of covid & working from home, I did let a lot of this slide.
Thankfully with patience from Dawn, & constant nudges and positivity I managed to get to my EPA.
I love my job and i wouldn't have been able to get my foot in the door without it, however, they need to create a proper spec for artworkers. When you are offering a job, there needs to be avenues to progress & not rely on the workplace. A lot of my time was wasted, and I just want to write this review as a shout out to apprentify & Dawn for being the only constant bit of communication & support i had through the whole apprenticeship. She's a gem and I can't thank her enough.

I can't thank Apprentify enough!
I had been completing my JCP apprenticeship with another provider, Total People, who disappeared off the face of the earth and left me in complete limbo for months!
However as soon as Apprentify picked up my training, they saw my progress and fast tracked me to EPA completion : )
Charles in particular really helped to prepare me for my EPA, who is so enthusiastic about the course and I always felt able to ask for help.
I'm pleased to say I ended with a distinction!
Although I wasn't with Apprentify for long, I can see how much they cared about me receiving my qualification.

As a full-time working mother, I wasn't sure how I would manage. Apprentify provided me with professional development coaches and all relevant resources resulting in achieving a distinction.
I would highly recommend Apprientify, as they are always looking to adapt and ensure they are using the latest technologies to better the apprentice's experience.

I cannot recommend Apprentify enough!
They have been helpful and supportive from start to finish. My development coach (Sharon) has been there for me every step of the way, answering any questions and spending hours checking my coursework.
All of the lessons are well thought out, informative and engaging and all of the tasks in between make sure all the knowledge I've learnt is further drilled in.
Its been a great experience, and I couldn't have hoped for a better apprenticeship.

Hi! Just wanted to come on here and say that Apprentify have been great :) If there was something I wanted clarity on whether that was about the training or the EPA, it was well communicated. I have to give a quick shoutout to a few amazing people! Kulwinder my (development coach) has been incredible in guiding me and reassuring me. Always giving me feedback and encouragement which is what you need when under going an apprenticeship :) Emily my (Cognassist coach) has been great to chat to and go through while discussing the different Cognassist strategies. Lastly, Heather and Georgia from Juice Academy have been amazing and went above and beyond and were always willing to help! They all have been great and I have so much more to say but that's for another day haha ;) Thanks again x

The course gave our apprentice a great understanding of the wider department which can be difficult when working in a specialised role. Our apprentice was able to achieve a distinction and whilst this is a credit to him it is also a reflection of the guidance and support he received from our Development Coach who was was proactive in guiding us through the process.

I finished my University Degree in Music in 2018 and had been working continuously in one Hospitality job after another that I hated. I have always been a creator, whether that be music or photo or video, and was enrolled on the Junior Content Producer apprenticeship in November of 2019. Fast forward 16 months and I am about to start my new Videographer role at one of the UK's biggest companies for live music and events.
If I was to give a piece of advice to a new apprentice, it would be to never take the support for granted; any time i had any concerns or doubts at work or about my role or if i was getting too bombarded with work, there is always someone at Apprentify or Juice who will lend an ear and do their absolute best to make sure you are comfortable and calm about everything.
I would highly recommend Apprentify and Juice Academy to anyone who is wanting to delve into a field of work they are passionate about, but are just needing that helping hand on their way to making it a reality.

I was surprised to see a negative review left by someone dissatisfied with their employer.
I want to leave a similar story but with a different outcome. I openly voiced my dissatisfaction with my employer - my development coach, Sharon, supported me through this period of anxiety and uncertainty and went above and beyond to find a company that was a better fit for me.
Despite a turbulent experience (through no fault of Apprentify), I managed to pull through and achieve a Distinction in my course, and I credit that wholeheartedly to my Development Coach.
If I were to take another apprenticeship, I'd be able to count them on both hands! Without a doubt, Apprentify has been the most supportive, both emotionally and with the tasks.
Shout out to the entire Apprentify team, I'm willing to bet a lot of work goes on behind the scenes to be as successful as you are.

Apprentify is the one. Genuinely, I really recommend them if you're ever looking into doing an apprenticeship. The environment is supportive, encouraging and filled with people who really care, and they really give you all the tools to succeed. Thanks for all your help guys.
