I don’t know what happened in the past couple of months the but my 2 last shirts came with the wrong collars ) , they came back to me with the option of returning the goods but needed my confirmation to send to my the return label.
I confirmed the return label option with a couple of questions and since then no news , despite of few follow up emails from me , tried to call and left messages ….. nothing
Specially because one of my shirt was supposed to be weared for my birthday

Very disappointing

What a waste as the quality is good but the service is like contacting g a company in China

No customer service line , no answers

Update: I had initially posted below my disappointment at the lack of customer support on Apposta; however, after speaking to the owner and understanding some of the technical issues they had, I am willing to accept there was a valid reason, so I am upgrading my review to a 5-star. Why? Because they responded in the right way. Also, they have been spot-on with communication since then. It did take a while, but they sent me a test shirt before going into production. The shirts that just arrived are stunning and of the highest quality, so bravo to the owners and the team; what they have created is unique in that you can access Italian craftsmanship and some of the best fabrics available to men in the world. You could look a million bucks at a fraction of the price it would cost to buy an off-the-peg version of the shirt.

Original: I was excited about the concept of this company, but my first experience was deeply disappointing. I placed a substantial order totalling over €1,000 on two orders on December 22nd, and it has now been eight business days without any acknowledgement or response, despite multiple attempts to contact them through chat, online forms, and email. They advised that I have 48 hours to make amendments; I only wanted to change the fabric.

I wanted to amend my order, but the lack of communication has been astonishing and unacceptable. I haven't gotten any confirmation that my questions have been received.

While I cannot yet comment on the quality of their products, the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced—essentially non-existent. It’s a shame because the idea behind the product seems excellent, but until they improve their service, I cannot recommend this company.

If you’re considering ordering, I urge caution until they get their act together.

I ordered 3 pieces of shirts and was advised by the supporting staff to do a piece of shirt to try it out. Indeed, I had to change the measurements after I received the first shirt. Today, I just received the remaining shirts, they fit very well.

I will strongly recommend Apposta to anyone who wants good quality clothing and good services.

Failed to deliver an order, it's been almost four months with zero communication after several emails/ chats. They do not list a phone number which is a problem and customer service is non existent......the lack of communication is not acceptable.

Quality, professionalism

Good fabric quality, good design, nice fit, pratical details like two pockets, nice details like the date of fabrication. A lot of attention,care, organization and love went into the fabrication of this shirt.

Just received another shirt by Apposta, it is great as always.
I adore Thomas Mason and Albilini stretch fabrics, they are best so far.

I got my first ever French cuff shirts made by them and I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of the fabrics and the exceptional craftsmanship. They are very responsive to queries and the shirts fit me comfortably.

We didnt get our meausurements correct but Alissia has been very kind and helpful
