High quality and service to match
I ordered a shirt from Apposta and was highly impressed with the ability to fully customize the shirt for a reasonable price, at the quality of the shirt itself, and the delivery and service. I ordered another shirt as a result, and when i had a personal emergency which required the shirt to be expedited, the team was super responsive in accelerating the order. Highly recommend!

This order was placed on 5/31 and orders last four digits were 6564
I was unbelievably disappointed with this order and the sellers response.The fabric was beautiful however the sleeves were short
When I contacted Apposta they said the sleeves shrunk when laundered HOWEVER the shirt was never laundered ,I wore it straight out of the box.I then sent them photos with a ruler showing that the sleeves were short.I also reminded them that they on their site guaranteed customer satisfaction and a perfect fit
I never received a response to this email with pictures and a reminder of their guarantees
This is remarkable from a supposedly high rated company on trustpilot.I guess you never know .I had previously purchased nice shirts from Apposta and great response but not this time Evidently they don’t like their mistakes and honoring their guarantees
