I chose AppliedI to host a site for a veterans' group I volunteer development for, and we got a very reasonable DNN site plan ($$ are tight for a small non-profit!). Any questions or issues that have come up have been handled quickly and professionally, and by very competent and friendly agents. I'm happy with my decision!

I have been a customer of Appliedi for at least 6 years, during that time I have had interactions with sales, billing and technical support.
Each and every person within the employ of Appliedi that I have had contact with conducted themselves as professionals.
Technical Support has always responded and resolved any issue within a timely manner.

We are a small family business and depend on a lot more than servers in the sky for our two eCommerce stores. Support for the day to day needs we have as non technical owners is critical. Over the years I have yet to wait very long for a response and a solution to my issue. Often, my questions or problems might seem simplistic but to us they are major. Support always comes though with a solution and a smile.

I have used Applied Innovations as my web host for 5 websites over the past 6 years now. On the few times that I needed technical support my questions were handled and resolved promptly to my full satisfaction by the support team. As administrator to my HOA's website I appreciate the Applied Innovations control panel which allows me to create, among other things, vanity email addresses for our rotating board members. Scheduled outages for server software and hardware updates are announced well in advance and have always been completed prior to the estimated end times. Highly recommended and trusted web host.

Applied Innovations is a trusted partner. They host our website and are always proactively looking for ways to keep it running smooth. Our clients have a great user experience.

They don't have a communication process internally. Management is not available for consultation or engagement. The support department is not consultative, will send you nasty emails regarding support you are PAYING FOR and then not see that you called into resolve it and continues to send you nasty emails. 5 years ago they were wonderful to work with, 2016 has not been a pleasant experience. I'm out.

Fast hardware, fantastic support because stuff happens!

I have been working with Appliedi for the last 16 years. My company is a software development company, and not only are my servers under Appliedi's care, but my client's servers are there, too. The service is outstanding, and tech support cares! It is not easy to find a company like this, and to be honest, it is not about the price (and Appliedi HAS great prices), but it's about uptime and service and support 24/7. It has always been excellent! When the Florida hurricanes were here, we experienced ZERO downtime, as my servers were in a highly protected location, powered by diesel generators for several weeks. Although my home and office were in shambles, my websites were in perfect working order throughout. I am happy to speak with anyone that has any questions or concerns about Appliedi. They have been the best business-partner for us since the inception of our company in 1989.

I have been with Applied Innovations for years. They have always done a good job of keeping my business web site online. It's nice to have support from a customer support group that actually will answer the phone.

I've used a lot of hosting providers over the course of my career. My experiences range from the "Meh, it was okay," to the horror stories you may have heard before. I even had two hosts literally steal ownership of a domain from me (one is still very popular today). The folks at applied do an outstanding job. They communicate proactively and regularly. They fix issues quickly when they come up. They're highly trained and knowledgeable, and they're willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're well taken care of. Appliedi.net is highly recommended and will deliver a 100% uptime. We’re able to do this because when we perform maintenance on the machines, we can live migrate virtual machines and not impact the customers. Plus they include free 30GB of backup and the backup software.
