If I could give applicablet a 0 star rating I would! I ordered the Soldering iron + 56-piece set (numbers + letters) but I only got the numbers and no letters. Their customer service asked for a photo of what I received which I supplied them. They replied back with “this is what was sent to you, your order is correct” but the photo didn’t match what I received. I said I wanted the letters sent or a refund and they responded with “your order is correct, we can not do anything”. Umm no, my order isn’t correct! They are a scam!
