I contacted this company because I was interested in purchasing a bread-making machine that they had advertised and included free shipping. After loading my cart online and then proceeding to the checkout, I then noticed a flat rate charge of $25.00 for shipping, so I held off and tried to contact the company, namely, Appliance Wave, I sent an email explaining the situation and waited for a response. However, several hours later I had received no response and proceeded to send a second email to which I also received no response, I then decided to telephone the company which was answered by an employee but he could not explain why I was being charged for shipping, but said he would find out and get back to me, he did not return my call. The following day, I sent an email to the President of the company explaining the situation and my dissatisfaction with customer service, which was non-existent, once again, I have had no response to this email, customer service by this company leaves much to be desired, if this is an indication of how they conduct their business then I don't think they will be around for much longer.
