Just bad news
Just bad news, from start to no part to a few days to now still waiting after 30 days.
They never said the board that is needed has to be shipped from Korea to Austin, TX
I feel this a ghost company and they don't care.
We also had to give up $250 of the $500 to even get the electric board to Austin,TX.
No call back and no finished repair has happened.
No companies in the greater Austin area do what they say they are going to do, NEVER!!!

Nathan did a great job of explaining the problem and what was needed to fix it. He had to order the part over a holiday weekend. He stayed in touch , and when the part came in he promptly came back to finish the install. Great service and fair prices made me a very satisfied customer.
