Definitely a zero! SCAM
My husband took out the policy when called to say they are our new provider. They took the money, but when we needed a repair the number goes to voicemail and then no one calls back. Definitely a SCAM!
I would have given a -1.
They somehow have managed to set up a direct debit for a 92 year old lady and there is no way of contacting them.
They appear to be the dregs of society, avoid at all cost.
I would have liked to give them a zero star they set up a direct debit for £90 a year without my consent, they are a company that can't be trusted stayclear.
I had a call from this company this morning telling me my policy had run out, I've never even heard of them before, as soon as I started questioning her on what she was talking about she hung up, definitely a scam.
A scam. They phone out the blue. I had vertigo and a migraine when they called and initially thought they were my current provider about renewing my policies. They ask for ‘confirmation’ of your appliances. I put the phone down and blocked them when they asked for my bank, sort code and account number. They are definitely just trying to set up a direct debit for zero service.
I believe their web site is being used by Indian based SCAMMERS in order to look legitimate. Their email gets bounced and their number cannot be connected. All they want is your bank details to set up a direct debit. If something goes wrong, you'll not be able to contact them.
Call from this morning from a person who said they were from Appliance Protect.. I was asked what the name of the model of my Fridge and Freezer was. The call was not expected so I checked online and did not proceed with this company.
Had a call from them this morning to tell me my policy had run out and they were going to automatically renew it I asked when we had taken this out she was not able to tell me I told her I was not stupid that I knew it was a scam she put the phone down please be aware everyone stay safe.
Had a call from 0330 174 1254 claimed that my policy had ran out. As soon as i asked did she think i was born yesterday and i know it was a scan, she got really rattled and put the phone down.
BE WARNED and on look out for this number.
