I would give this company zero stars if possible. I’ve waited almost 3 months for a part that was originally shown to be in stock on their website only for it to be on back order then for it to change once again to discontinued. Terrible communication do not use!

Worst company to deal with. They claim to have parts, but for months calling back to request update on my order and they every time inform that it is coming from the factory in 1 week! Stay away from doing business with them.

I ordered crisper drawers for my GE fridge. I ordered the wrong part by mistake. They were about 1 inch wider than the ones I needed. Therefore, they could not be installed. I paid 50 dollars to send them back in the hopes of a full refund. Since one was taken out of the plastic, they said it was installed and therefore ineligible for return. I went back and forth with customer service and they did not refund my money. Not even for the one that was still in the box. this is a horrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM.

Read the reviews! As of the time of this writing, my part that was ordered in May still hasn’t arrived!

They sent me the wrong replacement parts for my cookstop, even though I provided the correct model and serial numbers. The parts were unused and in their original packaging. I sent then via UPS at my cost as requested. I then received an email that the parts were damaged and my refund denied. This is an absolute LIE. Terrible, crooked company- BEWARE!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible return policy. These guys are a JOKE. Pay the extra few bucks and shop somewhere else.

Ordered 3 parts from their site. About a week after the order, I get an email stating one of the parts were no longer available from the manufacturer. So I told no problem, just the two you do have. After another week I called them and told them I never got an shipped email with tracking number. They said the manufacture was slow on sending them the parts. Their online store states they have the parts that's why I ordered from them I could of went to the manufacturer. Well another week, I get an email stating they were shipped. I checked my online account and they charged me for all three parts. I sent them an email requesting a refund of the part they didn't send, after 4 days no response. I called them Aug 7th and they told me they sent to refund July 31st. So I waited another week, no refund. So again I called and they said they'll investigate. A day later I get a noticed from PayPal of the refund, for the part, not the extra shipping and taxes they charged be for all three items....NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered a part, shown as in stock. They never shipped it and don't respond to inquires. Had to get my money back through PayPal. Scammers, should be shut down.

Told me the item would be shipped immediately. It's been over a month and nothing. I can't get Customer Service on the phone, or on the chat. This is a total joke!

Customer Service was very receptive in the beginning. I did not like the way it was a different person each time, but I can live with it. The problem is their return policy is set up for the customer to fail. They have more stipulations on the return then I have ever seen in any company, ever. The list is unachievable thus they will never refund your money. I followed everything to a 'T' but they denied my refund because there was writing on the original box. Yes, the original box. The UPS person had to cross out the original label to add the new return address. Because of this the company denied a refund when everything else was completed per their request.

Well the company did have the part, the representative with whom I spoke was reluctant to even take my order. I would iPad, in a way that will make it less likely to break in the future, and since the replacement part, my second, was liable to break in the same way I wanted to return it. A company that I paid postage, which I was willing to do, but for for sending a label insisted that I not only provide the details of my order, but break the seal on the manufacturers box so that I could provide images of the part, its serial and model number etc, much of which I had provided on their return form and all of which they had.

This is the worst appliance parts supplier I have ever bought from. I own a appliance repair company and bought a few parts from them because the price was slightly lower then my normal supplier but it is not worth it. One part came in fine but most of my parts were back-ordered or was not as advertised right and did not find out till I emailed them. Also they make it hard to return parts. The price is not worth the hassle.

First, the part took 10 days to ship, and only shipped after I had to bring it to their attention. When asked why it didn't ship, you get no response. Second, the part they sent was not the part pictured. I specifically ordered based on the photo. Parts change over time, I get it, but I needed the part in the photo. When brought to their attention they'll do anything but help you. You'll jump through all their hoops to no avail. Bad customer service, bad company - AVOID!

Customer service, priority processing NOPE.

I purchased something with priority processing and fast shipping and 5 days later it is not even with the carrier per the carrier. I can not cancel the order as they say it is out of their hands and with the carrier. Customer service not helpful, nor do they care. They actually x'ed out of the chat with me. I found this same item on amazon, so much for trying to use something other than amazon. Don't do it.

I ordered a part and less than 24 hours had it installed. Very impressed with the price and service.

They sent the parts fast but they boxed them poorly and one was damaged. I communicated with them over several days, each time they did NOT care about customer satisfaction! After threatening them they agreed to send a part. They did not send a part, they say they are giving me a refund but that means I still need to buy the part somewhere else and pay full shipping which I already paid. I would never buy from them again and hope this helps someone not have the same bad experience I did.

Found the part I needed for my Samsung washing machine for a good price. I received frequent emails updating me on shipping and I got the part within 2 days of ordering. Would definitely order from here again.

Same experience as others. I ordered a part on 5/11 that showed in stock and that it would ship 5/13. When I hadn't received it by 5/20, I contacted them via Chat and as told they would be getting them in 3 days and I'd have them by 5/28. It's 5/28 and I checked the online status and it still shows processing. I contacted them via chat and now they are saying they'll have them 6/3. I cancelled the order.

Don't trust their online inventory status. They lie about their inventory and don't communicate about delays.

I won't by from them again.

I had looked for door handles for my refrigerator on many sites and all showed the same price. Then I found them on Appliance Part 4 All for approximately 30% less. I paid for ground shipping and received them the very next day. I'll be coming back.

This is the worst place to purchase anything from AVOID THEM! I order a motherboard for my stove from them and they have so far sent me two broken boards and I am awaiting a third one at this time. It’s been 17 days without any word or tracking info on the hopefully third and final part. Oh and they screw you over with shipping every single time. I have now paid almost 90 dollars in shipping for a 200 dollar part. F for service.
