If I could give no stars I would. They sent me the wrong part after validating with their website and confirming correct. After paying 36 dollars for 2 day shipping which took a full week to arrive, I had to pay for return shipping and a 12% restock fee after it takes them 7-10 days to verify receipt of a part unopened. As other reviewers have noted, a very poor return policy, and very poor customer service. I would spend my money at more reputable sellers, this place is a boarder-line scam opperation

Expensive part failed after one year.
I paid $82 for an LG range rotary switch part EBF62174906, expecting a genuine OEM replacement, and just a little over a year later it completely failed. The burner would not turn off properly, creating a serious safety hazard that could burn food or even start a house fire. The company would not offer any discount or support afterward. I would never buy anything from this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Many companies carried this part, but Appliance parts 4 all had the best Price, shipping was incredibly fast, and a representative called me prior to shipping to verify the difference between shipping/billing address. The return process is deliberately complex and time-consuming.
A $33 purchase required extensive back-and-forth communication, including more than 10 emails and multiple photo submissions, simply to receive a return authorization. The time investment alone exceeded two hours.
Additional fees and return shipping costs further diminish the overall experience.
This level of friction is not consistent with a professional or customer-oriented business. I would advise considering alternative vendors.

Appliance Parts 4 All buyer beware
The website explained that the oem replacement part number was replaced with the part number in their description of the part. I ordered the lower dishwasher rack along with the upper rack. the upper rack fit, the lower rack was smaller than the track in the dishwasher and fell out off track. After an arduous set of conversations and emails with their customer service he told that I should sell on E-Bay instead of returning it because the shipping would be more than the shipping return charges. This is wrong but because they false advertised i felt they should pay for the shipping return. Regardless i was able to acquire and RMA from them and shipped back at my own cost of 54.00. After they received it I got an email from them saying they denied the return for damage but sent me pictures from a different customer. They sent me a picture of my label and then a picture of a close up of a broken wheel. No picture of a broken shipping box and told me to go after the carrier for a refund. Their product was not used by me, I tried it and put back in the bubble wrap, and back in the same box shipped to me. I believe they are committing fraud on my return and have not given me any other path to collect my refund. they are keeping the part i shipped back.

While our team sometimes highlights the high cost of return shipping for bulky items like dishwasher racks to help customers make an informed financial decision, we understand that this was not the solution you were looking for.
Regarding your return, we want to clarify that our returns team documents the condition of every part upon arrival. The photos provided are taken specifically of the item extracted from the box associated with your return label. We do not use "stock" photos or images from other customers; the intent is to provide transparency regarding the condition in which the carrier delivered the package to our facility.
If the shipping box showed no external damage but the part inside-such as a wheel-was broken, it typically indicates a handling issue during transit. This is why we recommend filing a claim with the carrier (FedEx/UPS), as they are responsible for the item's safety once it leaves your hands.
Furthermore, we do not "keep" parts for which a return is denied. When a return is rejected due to transit damage, the item remains at our warehouse for a limited time, and we are more than happy to ship the part back to you so you can use it for your carrier claim or personal use.
