Great platform, horrific onboarding

Applevel is a great app with great connection to WhatsApp, but I've spent two days communicating over and over again that we are an agency and need multiple accounts connected. The knowledge base for this is non existant or poorly communicated, and you will struggle with setting up your agency, as support instructions are disjointed and conflicting. Very helpful and friendly support, but setting your agency up is an absolute nightmare.
