First, we do not claim to be an official Apple Store or Apple Inc. entity. Apple does not operate official retail stores in Pakistan, and we are transparent about being an independent reseller of compatible and third-party accessories. This information is clearly mentioned on our website and product listings.

Regarding the charger, we never advertise third-party products as “Apple-manufactured” originals. All items are sold as compatible accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise. If there was any misunderstanding or if you received a defective product, we genuinely apologize.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and offer returns, replacements, or refunds in such cases. Unfortunately, we could not locate any order or support ticket associated with this complaint. We encourage you to contact us directly with your order number so we can resolve this promptly.
