Tried several times to contact this company, no one answer calls, chat or emails. I keep getting invoices on a monthly basis but no access to systems or what we pay for.

Emailed several times. Tried to cancel my plan but no response after weeks of trying.

If anyone can assist would be great.

Terribly awful company. They will get your money and leave your profile incomplete for months while they ignore you. You will not get access to even edit your profile because they will ignore you when you don’t have authorisation to edit, even though they told you you would.
They won’t even have your company contact info on your page - so how will buyers even get in touch with your company?

Also was told we would get access to an analytics page, but never got that.

They’ve ignored my company for months as soon as they got their payment and didn’t provide their end of the contract.

Currently going to look at legal actions available to us as they’ve been ignoring our request for a refund since they didn’t give us what was sold to us.

Total scam company. Avoid at all costs.

(I'd give my review less than 1 if i could) Over the last 3 months i have had to wait every time, Sometimes asked to come back 2 hours later but then my prescription still wasn't ready. Twice they haven't had stock in and I've had to return each day until it actually arrived. Today they texted me before noon to say it was ready for collection. At 4.00 pm I had to wait 25 minutes. They surpassed themselves: one item not in stock, but a surprising 5 months supply of another. Time to find a new, competent pharmacy.

Applegate staff are courteous but seem to drip feed suppliers.

I only got one real quote and that was double one I got outside the Applegate platform

Don’t waste your money .. They tempt you in with customers looking for print and when you do get an enquiry and send a quote and try and follow up no one answers .. I even sent quotes at below cost and not one reply … it’s all a con and they give you seven days to cancel your contract but you wont receive any enquiries untill after the cooling off period

I signed up to give this company a trial. Little did I know I would be trapped in a constant rolling over contract without any correspondance from Applegate to inform me of when my contract was up for renewal.
Every attempt to call and cancel was met with a promise that someone would get back to me, which they never did.
Avoid at all costs
