Apple Express Sucks!!
I've been waiting since Dec 18th for my package. There is no way to contact anyone. Their phone number does nothing but take you in a circle. I've tracked it to them having it and saying it's out for delivery. BS! Winnipeg isn't that big that it takes 5 days to deliver!!! There were Christmas gifts in there!

I would give zero stars. Package from Temu has been at the facility stating delivery will be made on a date already past and gone. A second Temu pkg ordered 10 days later but using a different courier service has already been delivered. This company should be bankrupted.

Ive ordered two separate times from temu, both times used apple express. Both times they never delivered the package. The driver scanned my package and then must of kept it because it never came...two...different...times. apple express is ran by criminals and they employ criminals. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. They made no effort to contact me re: delivery, and provided useless updates on the status of my product (delivery times ranging from 2pm to 9pm). I left a phone number on my front door, as well as an alternative drop off location in the event that I was not home. I never received a call and my package was returned to the sender. I tried contacting their customer support twice and never received a response. I honestly have never had a more frustrating experience with an order. They have no local warehouses, so if you miss a delivery you have essentially no recourse. I literally couldn't recommend them less.

This company is absolute garbage! Temu needs to stop using them immediately for deliveries. I have called twice because there has been no updates on my order since November 23rd and no movement either. When I called they played telephone saying "I can't hear you, your phone is breaking up" used 2 different phones and same nonsense! I want a refund because this company is a SCAM!!!
My package was supposed to be delivered…
My package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. After 3 days of it not being delivered, I had to contact them to figure out the problem. It took 3 phone calls over 9 hours to figure out that they couldn’t find my house and never bothered to contact me to sort out this issue, nor the company that shipped the package. They take zero initiative to solve problems or accountability.
If I hadn’t contact them several times, I’m not sure what would have happened… if they just hold packages hostage forever or eventually return them to the sender. Regardless, I was able to sort out that the delivery driver couldn’t find my house and they said it would be another two business days to receive it (5 days after it went out for delivery).
When I asked why I had to contact them to sort out this issue instead of them contacting me, the “supervisor” got hostile and asked me if I wanted my package to get delivered or not and that she will email the delivery driver again (because that has been effective so far…sarcasm if you couldn’t tell.)
It’s now been 4 days and I still don’t have my package. Thankfully they are just delivery drivers and not ambulance drivers.
I shop online a lot and no other delivery company has had this issue. Their customer service skills are atrocious, worse than their ability to solve problems. Avoid this “company.”

PLEASE contact the company upu order ftom and tell them you eong buy ftom them if they use Apple express. Thus company dumped someone else's delivery(for a different address) with mine and they intentionally make it impossible to contact them. Any company that does not have a publicly listed contact info should not be allowed to operate in Canada. I eill be telling zenni optical, a company I order from regularly that my orders stop today. Im tired of scam companies setting up in Canada
Package Left In Public Area & Irresponsible Delivery
Apple Express left my package in the front foyer of my apartment building, not inside or at my door. They didn’t buzz my number even though it was clearly provided.
That foyer is open to the public and my package was stolen shortly after. This isn’t a safe or acceptable way to deliver to apartments.
Leaving packages in public areas shows poor judgment and no regard for customer property.
Customers deserve better delivery standards, this was careless and completely avoidable
Apple Express will not hold packages
Apple Express will not hold packages, or deliver to a pick up location in cases where the person receiving the package is not home and there is no suitable spot to leave packages. I do not know why DHL e-commerce uses them.
Read the Package Address Label
This is the third time that my TEMU order has been sent to a different adress since Temu changed their courier service to AppleExpress. I'm tired of going to get my order. I've complained before and nothing has changed. Quit using Google Maps and read the label, or use the Postal Code to at least find the block my house is on as I have previously instructed before.

The experience with them has been unacceptable
The experience with them has been terrible. I had one delivery person text me and say they would be there in ten minutes, told them I would be waiting downstairs - they said “ok”. Never came. Item three days later apparently to gets delivered but no message, no proof of delivery.
I emailed their customer service and did here back. A couple of days later they got back to me and said they would forward to their tracking department. I hadn’t heard anything in a week and so sent another message. It’s been another week. They seem contracted to Ali Express which means I am very hesitant now to order from them. This is terrible service - even if the delivery was just a mi or screwup - not hearing back from the company if very poor behavior.
LONGER THAN STANDARD SHIPPING
This shipping is called “express” but it takes longer than standard shipping. This is crazy. They lie about shipping being fast. I wish I had known earlier, but this was a new addition to the online store where I regularly shop. These express orders used to be handled by DHL. Who allowed this? Extremely disappointed.

If I could rate this a -5 I would. In all of my years of online shopping, this "company" is the worst of the worst. They confirmed my package was delivered, but when I checked my ring fence camera, the delivery person took my package, after taking a photo of it to confirm delivery. Unbelievably crooked. I cannot fathom that we aim to privatize such crucial service for all Canadians, by defunding Canada Post only to replace it with such unbelievable scammers.

They said my package was undeliverable, odd I get approximately 3-5 deliveries every 2 weeks, by other couriers and have Never had an issue, this is the second time having this "courier company" and both times had an bisque...the 1st time it was delivered somewhere else pictures were not of my door, and now they are saying it's undeliverable and now have to wait another couple days.... I don't believe the delivery driver even attempted to drop it off!!! I would NOT suggest using the company!!!

Can't follow delivery instructions and their delivery person kept calling me "bro" in text message. Im a 42 year old female...... im not your bro. Very unprofessional. Won't buy from anywhere that uses them for shipping anymore. Ridiculous...
Package delivered to the wrong building and suite number, bizarre behavior, and no response from courier.
The delivery driver texted me saying he was downstairs to buzz him in, which is already odd. I told him I would go downstairs to meet him and then he said he wasn’t even there yet and he’d be there in five minutes. Half an hour later there was still no driver and he stopped answering my texts and phone calls. I didn’t get a notification saying the package has been delivered. The driver delivered it to the wrong building address and suite number. Ridiculously bad service from a company that handles people’s goods and personal belongings. If you’re getting a delivery from these guys, don’t expect to get it done with much care or concern.
