Extremely poor experience that repeats itself every year during the new iPhone launch!

Pre-orders are announced to open strictly at 4:00 PM, but both the website and app crash completely. Their typical excuse is "high site traffic and heavy demand," but this is entirely unacceptable for a company of Apple's scale. I’m forced to wait and constantly retry from multiple devices—switching between the app and the site—for 7 to 14 minutes just to get through.

By the time the system finally loads, you're shocked to see delivery dates pushed back by 2 to 3 weeks solely because of their system delays. To make matters worse, once you reach checkout, every single payment method fails: Apple Pay gets rejected, credit cards get rejected, and even selecting the option for in-store pickup fails to process!

Every step of the process is broken and full of errors. Honestly, a terrible and frustrating online store experience.
