Yep, I didn’t read the reviews! I have also been scammed for £29.99 for an app that I used once during a trial period. Should have realised that signing up via a web page wasn’t the best idea. I’m lucky they’ve not mucked up my phone or watch!
They now have a place to request subscription cancellations and another to request refunds. I did both and I have had a response that they will refund the most recent that was taken today (not the first even though it was exactly a month ago) and that they have cancelled my subscription which will stop further charges.
The fact that they have set up specific areas to deal with refunds and subscription cancellations tells you everything you need to know. Let’s see if I do get this cancelled and my refunds otherwise I will be involving my bank.
