Not wildly impressed
Not wildly impressed for a variety of reasons:
1) Whilst I live in Spain, and speak passable Spanish, for testing purposes I put on my profile that English was the only language. I have received thus far only Spanish test offers.
2) And the test offers ... there are generally screening questions. I answer the screening questions and I'm obviously not the demographic they are looking for, so I am rejected. I then receive that very same test offer up to another 8 or 9 times. Each time I complete the very same screening questions. Each time I am rejected.
3) The majority of the offers are $1. I have received 3 $8 test offers so far that I have been accepted for. I have carried out the tests, then in my test history I see "Payment Cancelled" for 2 of those tests. No explanation - and don't bother clicking the "contact support" button - they don't respond.
4) Timing: If they actually want me to respond to these tests in time, then they shouldn't send them through at 01:30 in the morning as has happened on numerous occassions. UserTesting is obviously based in the States, but my profile tells them what Time Zone I'm in - then again they ignore my language preference, why would I think theyd taken any notice of my timezone?
UserTesting COULD be good and beneficial - if they actually sent tests within my language ability, sent them through at times when I'm able to undertake them and actually responded to queries.
