Do Not Respond

I had a phone call from them. They were long-winded. Never a chance that I would get involved because I never respond to unsolicited approaches.

“one-time” card is not destroyed and reused for payment I didn’t authorize

I issued a “one-time” card, which is supposed to be destroyed after 1 use, but the merchant I used it the first time, was able to charge me a second after a month. I wrote them a message to explain, and Revolut’s answer was “some merchants save your card info and can reuse it.” If that is the case, then what’s the point of this card?? I feel I was mislead by revolut. It is their responsibility to be able to reject second payments/destroy the card after the first use if they make a claim that this is what the card does. I will be making a false advertisement complaint.

Revolut: random blocks and zero answers

Support case: 88695-94681-46574

I’ve had 5–6 transfers rejected (both via RevTag and international/SEPA) with no apparent reason. Every time I ask, the reply is the same: “our security system blocked it.” No criteria, limits, or requirements are explained (amounts, frequency, etc.). The result: urgent payments are frozen, and I’m stuck for hours (up to 3 hours of “reviews” with generic questions).

Support is practically non-existent: a chatbot that solves nothing and agents repeating the script without a concrete cause or stable fix. No phone line, no real human contact.

I opened case 88695-94681-46574 over a week ago (their own email mentions up to 15 days to respond) and still no explanation or assurance that I’ll be able to operate normally. With this level of uncertainty and blocks on a customer’s own money, the experience is deeply disappointing.

I was considering moving more activity to Revolut (even payroll), but you can’t trust a service like this. Unless there are clear changes and a useful answer, I’m leaving—and I’ll share this experience where appropriate.

Was given completely incorrect…

Was given completely incorrect information from their chat bot which resulted in me incurring an £18 charge. Had to complain to an actual human to get this money refunded. Service has gone downhill massively over the past year and will be looking to move elsewhere. Plenty of other better banks out there, use them.

They are most bad company and support…

They are most bad company and support in the world. Never use them they not have support and are scam company that take your money not give any answer and not have normal support some Indian dudes that copy paste.
They block 5000 euro without any reason after this give me 15 days like they terms to answer. Now 2 month ago every day some guy from India paste me work please wait we not have update.
They not have phone support and I think they are scam company that steal money from client and use for another things.
Never use this company again. I never see before bank without support .
They need to lose their license to work with money...

I have had a revolt account for quite…

I have had a revolt account for quite some time now and never really had any issues with them until recently with using crypto transferring it from my revolt account to another wallet and they seem to hold it for up to 24 hours and they simply do not give you a reason to why they do this i have been waiting over 11 hours to receive some USDT to another wallet, furthermore all the chat agents do is copy and paste the same garage every time. there is no contact number to speak to a human there turning into some scam artists holding your funds hostage most of the time. already spoke to agencies higher up the food chain and seeing what we can do to give the Revolt team at-least a kick in the right direction on how things are suppose to done

I'm newbe of Revolut

I'm newbe of Revolut, and so far happy about the way it works ... but I also haven't been in contact with their customer service yet.
Revolut needs a little criticism while I'm in here. Their service is mainly focused on smart phone, but I don't feel I'm in control when using such a device. Revolut introduced a limited desktop version this summer, and it really needs much more attention.
For me Revolut is short for “revolution”, so why they promote Google Pay and only have an add-in for the Chrome browser I don't comprehend … unless off cause Revolut earns money from the add-in service. We know that “Google is Skynet”, so for me it's highly risky to involve any Google service in my life.
If I should come up with suggestions it would be like making add-ins for Firefox, and focus on the desktop version getting closer to the smart phone app.
Cheers
