They are scam. I waited 4 months without them securing a single slot. They confirmed in writing that I would receive a refund if they couldn't find an earlier slot within 60 days. That time has passed, and now they are refusing to honor their promise. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. Choose a more reliable provider.
They promised the booking and I paid £20, I received 2 tests however I could not book, a guy called and said I can’t book without a test first and I could not do the automatic booking without a test, this was something not written there from the beginning. I got the test booked by myself and I paid the almost £50 for the automatic booking, they said they can not refund me the £20 because the system don’t know if I have or not the test booked and sent 2 test that I haven’t took advantage because of my fault so can’t be refunded. Either automatic booking with 2-3 days remaining I request the full refund because if they could not find a test in almost 2 months… will be the same for the remaining 2-3 days. Anyway they guaranteed by email that if they don’t find it within that time, they will issue the refund. I have sent several emails and they don’t want to refund and now it has been more than 3 emails and still not replied. I am fuming with this. I want my freaking £70 back!!!! Why you promise something you can’t do!
Scammers, they did not book any slot for 6 months and not returning money even after sending many email for cancellation. They are not responding to emails and don't have a number to talk. Stay away
It’s a subpar service that over promises and under delivers
They did show cancellations on their website but you couldn’t click on them, they say they will notify you by email for cancellations however, I received nothing from them. This is not what they advertise on their home page where you must input your theory pass date, theory certificate number and email.
Also, the company on my bank statement was a completely different one.
SCAMMERS!!!! They claim to not take any money until you have a date secured and they try to take money without a date.
They are scammers.
They make you pay and send you fake cancellation dates.
They also make you pay for auto-book but wouldn’t do anything but send you fake cancellations.
They do not respond to emails and don’t have any contact number or chat box
