Smooth arrival but departure not so good
Arrival instructions were great and really easy to drive into drop off bay then straight into the office. 2 members of staff on duty to check people in quickly. Then a quick walk to the terminal. Spot on and no complaints at all.
However, collecting my car was not so smooth for a supposed ‘premium’ service. There was only 1 member of staff on the desk when I arrived, however other staff members were in the back office. When I arrived, there was a family in front of me with a family member in a wheelchair. They asked if the car was parked directly outside the office. The staff member advised no it was in a bay, but he could bring it to the office for them. He was so helpful. However, he left leaving the rest of us standing waiting for his return before we could collect our keys. Ok so another 5 minutes or so but when you’ve been travelling all day and paid a lot of money for a premium service this isn’t acceptable. To have only 1 member of staff on duty when you know there is a flight due in really isn’t on.
I 100% think this service should be offered to customers requiring additional support. And surely this would be easy enough to discuss at check in. The car can be ready and waiting, leaving the 1 staff member to hand out keys.
