IT'S A CAPITAL SCAM!

It's quite unfortunate that buyers can't complain to wordpress to have this developer suspended. Their service is a far cry from being ineffective that SCAM would better describe them.

About three months ago, I downloaded their plugin and with all enthusiasm I decided to go for the silver package thinking that it might have the Push Notification service until I wrote to them and discovered that it doesn't so I decided to upgrade to the gold plan which promised to provide Push Notification (Which is the only reason for choosing wordapp). Two months down the line and after emails complaining that the Push Notification doesn't work, they were unable to do anything. They even asked for sensitive website information including my Website's Admin username and password but a month after, they did nothing to fix it. Yet, they have the effrontery to bill my card for both the silver and gold package for the second month running.I wrote to complain about the problem and requested for a refund on the overcharge, they refused.

After being given the run around by Dave and his minion Owen I decided to learn how to write programs and make an app and in less than one a day, I was able to make my own app. To put riddance to their rubbish, I decided to quit using their services and I wrote an email to their support and including their premium email to request for the cancellation of my subscription. Four days after their acknowledgment of my request to unsubscribe, I received another alert from my bank notifying me of another bill from wordapp.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. IT'S A SILENT SCAM. A VERY BIG SCAM. I'M AFRAID YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET OUT ONCE YOU GET IN.
